★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per il mio bimbo è il secondo anno che frequenta la palestra nel gruppo KIDS e gli piace moltissimo....si diverte molto con i vari esercizi/giochi proposti e impara molta disciplina e ascolta le regole.
Bravissime le maestre?
 For my child it is the second year that he attends the gym in the KIDS group and he likes it very much .... he has a lot of fun with the various exercises / games proposed and learns a lot of discipline and listens to the rules.
The teachers are very good

I maestri sono sempre preparati e disponibili, spingono ogni allievo, che sia principiante o agonista, a migliorare sempre di più, a riconoscere i propri punti di forza e a correggere quelli deboli.
La squadra è molto affiatata, ogni allievo è sempre pronto a dare consigli anche all'ultimo arrivato, nessuno si sente mai escluso!
Come dicono loro "Qui non c'è spazio per gli esaltati" ed è proprio vero, ad ogni allenamento si lavora molto ma si esce sempre col sorriso!
A gym to learn, have fun and grow.
The teachers are always prepared and available, they push each student, whether beginner or competitive, to improve more and more, to recognize their strengths and correct the weak ones.
The team is very close-knit, each student is always ready to give advice even to the latest arrival, no one ever feels excluded!
As they say "Here there is no room for the exalted" and it is really true, at every workout you work a lot but you always come out with a smile!

Sono molto soddisfatta della scelta, gli istruttori sono molto bravi, competenti e pazienti.
La palestra offre più corsi di arti marziali oltre a Thay e Kick ( Brazilian jiujitsu, aikido ecc).
Inoltre L’abbonamento è super conveniente in quanto è compreso sia il corso di Muay Thay e kick boxing.
Sono felice di essere entrata a far parte di questa squadra!

The gym offers multiple martial arts courses besides Thay and Kick (Brazilian jiujitsu, aikido etc).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo scoperto questa palestra quasi per caso... Me ne avevano parlato benissimo dei vicini di casa. Mia figlia inizialmente era una pò reticente a fare la prova per Muay Thai... quando alla fine si è convinta si è sciolto ogni dubbio. I ragazzi sono accolti e seguiti da un'insegnante bravissima, piena di entusiasmo, passione, gioia e allegria che trasmette a tutti i ragazzi. Oltre ad essere molto competente e seria nell'insegnare questa "disciplina ".Si è creato un gruppo stupendo, unito e con voglia di fare. Palestra tra l'altro molto carina e ben organizzata sia internamente come spazi che a livello di segreteria ecc. Insomma provare per credere!!!!! Vedo la gioia e l'entusiasmo di mia figlia sia pre che post allenamento e questo è fondamentale in uno sport. Grazie a Tatiana e a tutto lo staff.
We discovered this gym almost by accident ... The neighbors had told me very well about it. My daughter was initially a little reluctant to test for Muay Thai ... when she was finally convinced, all doubts were resolved. The children are welcomed and followed by a very good teacher, full of enthusiasm, passion, joy and happiness that she transmits to all the children. In addition to being very competent and serious in teaching this "discipline", a wonderful group has been created, united and with a desire to do. Gym, among other things, very nice and well organized both internally as spaces and at the secretarial level etc. In short, try to believe !!!!! I see my daughter's joy and enthusiasm both pre and post workout and this is fundamental in a sport. Thanks to Tatiana and all the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I 40 km che mi faccio per andare lì sono un piacere: serietà e professionalità in leggerezza e divertimento.
Roby, Denis e Jackie sono appassionati per davvero, lo vedi dal sorriso bonario che hanno stampato in faccia mentre sudano con te o ti rifilano uno scappellotto affettuoso quando abbassi la guardia.
Nessun esaltato, solo persone che hanno voglia di crescere, confrontarsi, stare bene, divertirsi insieme... Qui è persino bello prenderle :-) !
The 40 km I do to go there are a pleasure: seriousness and professionalism in lightness and fun.
Roby, Denis and Jackie are really passionate, you can see it from the good-natured smile they have printed on their faces as they sweat with you or give you an affectionate slap when you let your guard down.
No exalted, only people who want to grow, compare, feel good, have fun together ... Here it is even nice to take them :-)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho iniziato kick boxing a metà gennaio presso la ASD Yamakasi. Fin dal primo giorno sono stata accolta a braccia aperte sia dagli istruttori - altamente qualificati e preparati - sia dai ragazzi e dalle ragazze che si allenano qui. L'ambiente è stupendo, ci si sostiene tutti/e a vicenda crescendo insieme sia mentalmente che nella disciplina scelta (kick boxing, muay thai e non solo!). Non cambierei mai questa palestra!
I started kick boxing in mid January at ASD Yamakasi. From day one I was welcomed with open arms by both the highly qualified and trained instructors and the boys and girls who train here. The environment is wonderful, we all support each other by growing together both mentally and in the chosen discipline (kick boxing, muay thai and more!). I would never change this gym!
