Io personalmente mi sto trovando molto bene e grazie alla personal trainer Rachele sto riuscendo a risolvere dei miei problemi alla zona lombare, dopo svariati anni passati a girare ospedali a vuoto, ho trovato il modo per stare bene e in pace con il mio fisico. Super contenta dei progressi!
Highly recommended gym, for the quality of the machinery and the professionalism and hospitality of the staff. I personally am finding myself very well and thanks to the personal trainer Rachele I am managing to solve my lumbar problems, after several years spent running empty hospitals, I found a way to feel good and at peace with my body. Super happy with the progress!

Il fiore all’occhiello è la professionalità di tutto lo staff, in particolare gianlù e Jacopo (anche due bei butei)

Ottima palestra, pulita, con spazi moderni divisi su due livelli. Tante offerte per i corsi e una sala pesi con macchinari nuovi e di qualità.
La gestione degli spazi la rende vivibile anche nelle ore di maggiore affluenza.
Staff molto competente e disponibile, sempre attento al rispetto delle nuove normative.

Great gym, clean, with modern spaces split over two levels. Many offers for courses and a weight room with new and quality machinery.
The management of the spaces makes it livable even in the hours of greatest affluence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una palestra molto pulita con molti attrezzi, il design sia delle sale che dei bagni è molto piacevole e curato. Sono disponibili anche diversi corsi ben pianificati. Lo staff giovane è molto accorto, competente e attento, la loro professionalità va a braccetto con la loro simpatia e solarità, dettagli da non sottovalutare che sicuramente accrescono la mia esperienza positiva il questa palestra!
A very clean gym with a lot of equipment, the design of both the rooms and the bathrooms is very pleasant and cared for. There are also several well-planned courses available. The young staff is very shrewd, competent and attentive, their professionalism goes hand in hand with their sympathy and sunshine, details that should not be underestimated that certainly increase my positive experience in this gym!
