The gym is new and well equipped, I have a lot of fun I opted for the CROSSFIT and the guys are competent to follow you and correct you .... the advice !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non conosco l'interno della palestra,né i corsi, di sicuro posso dire che sono molto poco professionali nel comunicare le informazioni e ,nonostante tengano corsi per bambini, incapaci di coinvolgerli. Esperienza personale.
I do not know the inside of the gym, nor the courses, for sure I can say that they are very unprofessional in communicating information and, despite holding courses for children, unable to involve them. Personal experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premettendo che sono pigra e non ho mai fatto palestra,ho provato a vedere se riuscivo a trovare una palestra che mi desse una spinta.
Beh che dire, a partire dalla reception mi hanno dato tutte le informazioni e hanno capito subito di cosa avevo bisogno,e in sala attrezzi (molto grande,pulita) istruttori/istruttrici pronti a spronarmi e a seguirmi.
Ragazzi se non fosse stato per voi sarei ancora sul divano?

Assuming that I am lazy and have never been to the gym, I tried to see if I could find a gym that would give me a boost.
Well what to say, starting from the reception they gave me all the information and immediately understood what I needed, and in the equipment room (very large, clean) instructors / instructors ready to encourage and follow me.
Guys if it wasn't for you I'd still be on the couch?
Gym that deserves more than 5 stars
I recommend it !!!
