Il tecnico arriva alle 11:15 ed esce alle 11:25 dicendo che bisogna fare una pulizia e di prendere un altro appuntamento. Con il secondo intervento il problema è stato risolto. Non capisco il motivo per il quale per sistemare uno scaldabagno siano serviti due interventi. Called for water heater intervention. Appointment scheduled between 9 and 11. The technician arrives at 11:15 and leaves at 11:25 saying that you have to do a cleaning and make another appointment. With the second intervention the problem was solved. Davvero bravi! Serious and honest firm. They gave me excellent assistance on my boiler which had failed and last year they also fitted the air conditioner. Really good!

b	bibi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dal 2012 ero cliente di questa società e negli anni il servizio è peggiorato notevolmente e se ne approfittano a spese cliente. Ho avuto problemi su caldaia che loro hanno installato. Arriva un tecnico dopo giorni al freddo e dice che bisogna sostituire valvola e vaso di espansione. Devono ordinare i pezzi e accetto il preventivo telefonico. Arriva un altro tecnico con i due pezzi ma sostituisce solo il vaso espansione scrivendo nel libretto caldaia che ha sostituito anche la valvola scarico 3 bar e si fa pagare tutto. Dopo varie sollecitazioni torna il tecnico non all'orario che mi avevano detto ma in tarda serata per cui ho sprecato mezza giornata di ferie per niente. Al buio furtivamente cambia la valvola e noto che è in plastica al posto di ottone come l'originale. Alla prima visita aveva con sé quella in ottone ora dicono le fanno così!! After various requests the technician returns not at the time they told me but in the late evening so I wasted half a day of vacation for nothing. In the dark he stealthily changes the valve and I notice that it is plastic instead of brass like the original. At the first visit he had the brass one with him now they say they do it like this !! Nel percorso insieme ci sono stati degli intoppi ma, ma hanno sempre risposto al meglio. Grazie, ora vediamo come sarà l'assistenza ma non posso che aspettarmi un ottimo servizio!
