Lo staff é molto disponibile e mi ha dato sempre supporto durante l'acquisto.

Nonostante avessi il giorno prima dovuto sostituire al centro assistenza Samsung il display del mio note 9 e avessi portato loro tutta la documentazione dell'avvenuta sostituzione, non hanno voluto applicare la nuova pellicola in garanzia al vetro del cellulare perché non avevo portato la vecchia pellicola (rimasta attaccata ovviamente al display sostituito). Mah!
Poor availability and little courtesy of the order. Although the day before I had to replace the display of my Note 9 at the Samsung service center and I had brought them all the documentation of the replacement, they did not want to apply the new warranty film to the glass of the phone because I had not brought the old film ( obviously remained attached to the replaced display). Mah!

Bad assistance. I replaced a Huawei display and it burned out after a month. I was told that burnt displays are not under warranty.
