Dopo diche il cellulare carica ma non funziona piu laltoparlante che prima funzionava.
Alle mie proteste hanno risposto in modo sgarbatissimo.

È stato richiesto di rimuovere gli eventuali servizi attivati in modo indesiderato che facevano ridurre notevolmente il credito in pochi giorni. LA signorina del centro Ha disattivato la promozione e ne ha arrivata un’altra per nulla conveniente, senza considerare che i servizi sono rimasti a carico del numero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza disastrosa in questo negozio: siamo passati da un operatore ad un altro sicuri di avere assistenza da persone competenti e di essere guidati nel giusto modo per non incorrere ad errori o avere problematiche e inconvenienti. Invece, dato che non ci hanno delucidato per niente bene sulla prassi da seguire per disattivare le SIM precedenti, ad oggi ci accorgiamo che stiamo pagando inutilmente in bolletta il mensile di una SIM. Credo che questa sia esclusivamente... superficialità dei gestori del negozio. 30 euro buttati...grazie!
