Molte volte sul posto di lavoro ci si deve mordere la lingua e contare fino a 100 prima di aggredire il cliente con aria spocchiosa. Io e mia madre eravamo le seconde in fila, la ragazza prima di noi si è trovata a discutere animatamente con una commessa che le ha gentilmente detto "mettiti gli occhiali se non vedi le cose" solo perché le è stato fatto notare che non si possono perdere 10 minuti per servire un cliente. A noi è stato detto che un articolo comprato a prezzo pieno viene cambiato al prezzo attuale: le calze che ho pagato 9 euro pochi giorni fa (il 22/12) adesso valgono la metà, quindi, sebbene io le abbia pagate 9 euro per comprare le stesse calze devo aggiungere 4.50€. oggi sono uscita dal negozio pagando 15 euro per 3 paia di mutande (che tra l'altro non erano in sconto?) e sentendomi prendere in giro. Oggettivamente io non condivido questa politica e la denuncerò ma ciò che è certo è che la commessa non PUÒ e non DEVE rivolgersi al cliente mancando di rispetto. D'altronde mi risulta che non siano messe là senza uno stipendo. Se non vogliono lavorare o se semplicemente questo non è un lavoro che rientra tra le loro competenze allora forse conviene che non lavorino dato che sono loro l'etichetta di questo grande brand. Delusione totale. A ma più.

Many times in the workplace you have to bite your tongue and count to 100 before attacking the customer with a snooty air. My mother and I were second in line, the girl before us found herself arguing animatedly with a saleswoman who kindly told her "put on your glasses if you don't see things" just because she was pointed out that you can't lose 10 minutes to serve a customer. We have been told that an item bought at full price is changed to the current price: the socks I paid 9 euros a few days ago (on 22/12) are now worth half, so although I paid 9 euros to buy them the same socks I have to add 4.50 €. today I left the shop paying 15 euros for 3 pairs of underwear (which by the way were not discounted) and feeling being made fun of. Objectively, I do not agree with this policy and will denounce it but what is certain is that the saleswoman CANNOT and MUST NOT approach the customer with disrespect. On the other hand, I understand that they are not put there without a doorpost. If they do not want to work or if this is simply not a job that falls within their skills then perhaps it is better that they do not work since they are the label of this great brand. Total disappointment. A but more.
