Così mi sono sentita quando ho chiesto info e preventivo per un viaggio.

Purtroppo, le note dolenti, "risuonano" in maniera stridula per quanto concerne il personale, che denota una scarsa preparazione e un'etica tutt'altro che professionale .
DA EVITARE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho sempre pensato di potermela gestire anche da solo per i vari viaggi, ma considerando la situazione del COVID ho preferito affidarmi a Peri Peri Viaggi. Dopo aver conosciuto Luca ho scoperto che il COVID non c'entrava nulla. Ho scoperto in primis di avere un travel blogger che sa esattamente dove conviene andare e quali moduli compilare e\o prenotare per visite, accessi autorizzati e moduli COVID. Insomma avrei fatto Mala Cumpassa (alla catanese). Ma la cosa meravigliosa, la busta di carta con TUTTO il materiale necessario per TUTTO il viaggio. Dolce far niente se non consegnare la busta a chi di dovere. Inoltre siamo stati aiutati anche tramite messaggistica personale (anche di notte). Standing ovation. Unica pecca.....Ha dimenticato a dirmi i locali migliori dove mangiare a Lampedusa ? ...ma qui condivido la colpa con lui (50 e 50) in quanto, vista la sua enorme disponibilità anche tramite messaggistica wup, bastava SOLOchiedere.....e cmq alla fine ci ha aiutato il suo sostituto.....TRIP ADVISOR! After meeting Luca, I discovered that COVID had nothing to do with it. First of all, I discovered that I have a travel blogger who knows exactly where to go and which forms to fill in and \ or book for visits, authorized accesses and COVID forms. In short, I would have done Mala Cumpassa (alla Catania). But the wonderful thing, the paper bag with ALL the necessary materials for the ENTIRE journey. Do nothing but deliver the envelope to the right person. We were also helped by personal messaging (even at night). Standing ovation. The only flaw ..... He forgot to tell me the best places to eat in Lampedusa ? ... but here I share the blame with him (50 and 50) because, given his enormous availability also through wup messaging, it was enough to ONLY ask. .... and anyway, in the end his replacement helped us ..... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per il nostro primo grande viaggio abbiamo deciso di rivolgerci a questa agenzia di cui conoscevamo già pareri eccellenti. Eravamo troppo indaffarati per creare un piano di viaggio, calcolare distanze confrontare offerte... Ci avrebbe chiesto tempo ed energie che in quel momento non avevamo, presi da matrimonio e casa. E come spesso accade "basta" fare una scelta oculata sui professionisti al quale affidarsi.
Questo professionista lo abbiamo trovato in Luca e siamo tornati dal viaggio in Islanda non con la sola nostalgia di non rivedere presto quel luogo ma soprattutto con la curiosità di chiederci dove ci avrebbe portato un altro viaggio! Ecco, la cultura del viaggio ci arriva dai paesaggi, e dall'unicità tutta della Terra che abbiamo scelto per il nostro viaggio di nozze ma anche dalla semplicità, dalla comodità, col quale è stato organizzato. Abbiamo trovato subito trasparenza che è il primo punto che porta fiducia tra persone che non si sono mai viste e che entrano in un posto per la prima volta, abbiamo trovato una presenza costante per il quale non ci siamo mai sentiti lasciati al nostro destino, spiegandoci sempre tutto in modo chiaro e preciso, abbiamo trovato convenienza scegliendo tra varie opportunità e potendo scegliere anche il risparmio quando la qualità non ne era intaccata. A lasciarci contenti è che é stato capace di ascoltarci e capire che tipo di viaggio volevamo e come lo volevamo, riempiendoci di suggerimenti anche su strategie da adottare, pareri su quello che avremmo potuto trovare e tante altre cose per il quale ci siamo sentiti preparati.
Sappiamo che faremo ancora riferimento a lui perché abbiamo visto essere una scelta vincente e stiamo già immaginando di seguire il suo tour in Giappone, che ci ha consigliato di andare da lui ha fatto e rifarebbe ancora !! ?

We immediately found transparency which is the first point that brings trust between people who have never seen each other and who enter a place for the first time, we have found a constant presence for which we have never felt left to our fate, explaining ourselves always everything in a clear and precise way, we found convenience by choosing between various opportunities and being able to choose savings when the quality was not affected. What leaves us happy is that he was able to listen to us and understand what kind of trip we wanted and how we wanted it, filling us with suggestions also on strategies to be adopted, opinions on what we could find and many other things for which we felt prepared.
We know that we will still refer to him because we have seen him be a winning choice and we are already imagining to follow his tour in Japan, which he advised us to go to him he did and would do again !! ?
