★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale piccolo sovraffollato oltre che vetusto. Clienti che arrivavano senza appuntamento, e quindi tutte le distanze anti-covid non c'erano. Il locale è gestito da una coppia piuttosto gentile, ma in due non riescono a stare dietro a tutti gli appuntamenti deguatamente. Il marito esce continuamente dal locale per fumare o va nello sgabuzzino per mangiare (a vista). Detto ciò il trattamento non mi ha soddisfatto in niente ho chiesto delle schiariture sulle lunghezze un balayage che si è tradotto in capelli decolorati color arancione perché non li ha tonalizzati, e secchissimi infatti si stanno spezzando tutti. Colore non soddisfacente e per niente luminoso che ha seccato anche le radici. Il taglio normale ma non ha rispettato quanto chiesto. Bocciato
Small overcrowded place as well as old-fashioned. Customers who arrived without an appointment, and therefore all the anti-covid distances were not there. The place is run by a rather nice couple, but two of them can't keep up with all the appointments properly. The husband constantly leaves the room to smoke or goes to the closet to eat (on sight). Having said that, the treatment did not satisfy me at all, I asked for lightening on the lengths a balayage that resulted in bleached orange hair because it did not tone them, and very dry in fact they are all breaking. Unsatisfactory color and not at all bright that has also dried up the roots. The normal cut but did not respect what was requested. Failed
