Sono stata per un colore e ho chiesto esplicitamente di non farmi la piega, ma dopo avermi fatto fare il colore a un apprendista ( non ho nulla da dire, è stato fatto bene), l'arrogante responsabile o titolare ( zero capacità di trattare con le persone, sembrava infastidito di essere li) è venuto e ha iniziato a farmi la piega. Gli ho ripetuto nuovamente che non volevo la piega perché sarei andata direttamente in palestra, ha borbottato qualcosa ed è andato avanti. Ho dovuto dirgli "ok devo andare" per farlo smettere. Guarda caso, la piega ( che alla fine non ha fatto perché gli ho detto di fermarsi) mi è stata messa in conto comunque. Ci vuole anche l'intelligenza di capire che 20 euro di piega ti costano un cliente.
 Unfortunately I can't give more than two stars. I have been for a color and I have explicitly asked not to give me the fold, but after having made me do the color to an apprentice (I have nothing to say, it was done well), the arrogant manager or owner (zero ability to deal with people, he seemed annoyed to be there) came and started to fold. I told him again that I didn't want to fold because I would go straight to the gym, he muttered something and went on. I had to say "ok I have to go" to make him stop. As it happens, the turn (which in the end did not do because I told him to stop) was put into my account anyway. It also takes the intelligence to understand that a 20 euro fold will cost you a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rimango ancora stupefatta e mi chiedo ancora come faccia Damiano..... o é un mago o un gran psicologo. Quando vado gli dico (testuali parole): "fai tu". Tutte le volte esco bella soddisfatta e felice. Voi che ne dite? E io i parrucchieri li bazzico solo x disperazione. Ma da lui vado volentieri perche il risultato e sempre una garanzia x colore taglio piega. Grazie ancora ragazzi, grazie per la buona accoglienza e per farmi uscire dal vostro bel salone col sorriso. Vorrei aggiungere, x chi non mi credesse, la voce candida di mia figlia che, nel chiederle se Damiano avesse fatto bene, mi ha genuinamente risposto "MOLTO!!!"

I am still astonished and I still wonder how Damiano does ... or he is a magician or a great psychologist. When I go I tell him (textual words): "you do". I always go out satisfied and happy. What do you think about it? And I hairdressers just hang around them in desperation. But I gladly go to him because the result is always a guarantee for a fold-cut color. Thanks again guys, thanks for welcoming me and letting me out of your nice salon with a smile. I would like to add, for those who do not believe me, the candid voice of my daughter who, in asking her if Damiano had done well, genuinely replied "VERY !!!"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top in Milan - I am extremely satisfied about them. Giulia is my hairstylist since 2009, I completely trust her and I couldn't think about having another one. This apply also to Dami, he converted me from brown to blonde. He knows exactly what to do. For me they are the best in Milan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since I moved from London to Milan I have always followed Giulia and Damiano in various hair salons.
They are super professional, some of the best hairdressers in Milan and caring.
Regretfully I cannot say the same thing about the owner, Greg whose behavior is unacceptable not only when it comes to
deal with customers but also to provide a good
customer service.
Once I was having my hair bleached at San Babila 4C and accidentally my shirt got stained thus I had to ask for a refund.
The way Greg dealt with the situation, the way he addressed to me and his attitude have been despicable.
Regretfully I had to look for another salon.
To be honest with you, I am still questioning myself and asking how he can run a business with no attention and no care to customers.
