Dicono che fanno su prenotazione uno si programma prenota a dirittura una settimana prima poi arriva e ti fanno aspettare 3ora. I prezzi sempre diversi! E personale molto male educati! Molto dilusa!!! A really poor place with no responsibility! They say that they make a reservation upon reservation, book straight a week before then arrive and make you wait 3 hours. Prices always different! And very badly mannered staff! Very diluted !!!

X	Xhilda Dmj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Persone maleducate. Hanno guardato i timbri che loro hanno messo nello tesserino dei punti e hanno avuto il coraggio di dire che un timbro non era loro. Dopo essere andata circa 10 volte, quindi con il rimpento della tessera avrei dovuto avere gratis il prossimo lavoro, quando ho chiamato mi hanno detto che non possono perché siamo già nel 2019 e l tessera e scaduta nel 2018. Li jo spiegato che l’ultima volta sono andata da loro prima del capodanno, e quindi l’ultimo timbro era del 2018, mi hanno messo giù in faccia. Stessa cosa con la mia amica. Sono pessime Rude people. They looked at the stamps they put on the points card and dared to say that a stamp was not theirs. After going about 10 times, so with the reimbursement of the card I should have had the next job for free, when I called they told me they can't because we are already in 2019 and the card expired in 2018. A	Antonello Galati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho telefonato per chiedere se oggi 7/3 erano aperti e gli orari , mi hanno risposto che chiudevano alle h 18 , sono arrivata alle 17 davanti al negozio e ho trovato due commesse(proprietarie? Non saprei) che tiravano giù la claire.....ho chiesto gentilmente se potessero aprire per acquistare delle ciocche poiché vengo da lontano e non ho molte occasioni per andare e loro mi hanno risposto seccamente di no perché era chiuso! Io ho fatto riferimento alla telefonata di qualche ora prima ma loro hanno negato l’ evidenza ....le ho trovate molto scortesi ! Hanno perso una cliente!!! L	L G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo appuntamento il 20/12/21 ho chiamato per spostare l’appuntamento, mi ha risposto un uomo, mi dice che chiudevano per le feste il 21/12/21e quindi potevo fissar l’appuntamento per il 03/01/22 alle ore 15.00 … vado lì e… SORPRESA … negozio chiuso e solo un biglietto con scritto “ ferie fino al 07/01/22” .. cosa ????!!! Non volevo crederci … mi sono fatta 40 minuti di strada per niente … ASSURDO ! Non si trattano in questo modo i clienti .. è una mancanza di rispetto … non ci torno più !!! Q	Quston S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They're close to the station, easy enough to find. The hair store is on the main floor the salon is up the stairs. There hair is expensive but if you bring in your own hair to use. There service become more affordable.
