Overhyped and overpriced.
I got hair color and hair cut , which was pathetic. Didn't get the average services. And if you buy products (shampoo or a conditioner) , don't let them mix with their magical substance as they suggest.
PS: even its Toni&Guy they don't understand english.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can tottaly recommend this place - the team is just lovely, the atmosphere is great and they are really good at what they are doing. I live in Zurich and I go back there to cut my hair now bcs I have complete trust in them - my hairdresser is Lorenzo and Sabrina is doing my highlights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there a couple of days. I have curly hair and am quite worried to go to hair stylists in general but i really liked it. Giulio, the guy who cut my hair was really friendly and did a very good job. I highly recommend it.
It is quite difficult to find though, the salon. I had to ask, as there were no signs indicating where the entrance is

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My office used to be across the street from Toni & Guy San Babila. One time I was stuck in Milano longer than usual and needed to get the highlights freshen up. I was very nervous when I went for my first appointment... you never know how it would turn out! Well, let's say I have been getting my hair color & haircut here since. It's been 5 years already, and I am still coming here regularly for cut & color. Thank you Max (cut) & Domenico (color)!!! My local Italian friends even asked where I get my hair done from time to time :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first hair appointment since moving to Italy and was really impressed by the salon. I am still learning to speak Italian so I was nervous about trying to communicate what I was after but Domenico and Davide were very patient, accommodating and were able to speak English for me. They were great! Very professional, really knew their stuff and gave great advice. I got a balayage and cut. I came out with exactly what I was hoping for! Grazie mille - I will be back again soon :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First cut and colour since lockdown and also first in Italy. Dom the colorist followed my wish list, he managed to get my hair much lighter and had magical hands at the backwash. Elisa gave it a chop, she was thorough and gave me a fabulous wavey blowout. Thanks so much to you both
