Ieri sono stata presso l'azienda perché avevo la necessità di acquistare un vino da presentare ad un esame....nonostante fosse chiusa la disponibilità della signora Maria Rita Spatafora ha fatto sì che ciò sia stato possibile ...e non solo mi ha dato tanti delucidazioni sui prodotti, territorio ecc Ritornerò sicuramente per una degustazione completa e per una visita in cantina. Sono ritornata a casa con sei bottiglie che non vedo l'ora di assaggiare ❤ Password: cordiality, kindness availability. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di incontrare anche il proprietario, il sig Giuffrida, che ci ha trasmesso la passione per il vino, per il territorio e per la poesia e l'arte. Abbiamo visitato il museo, pieno di bottiglie e pezzi di recupero trasformati in vere e proprie opere d'arte, davvero molto bello e travolgente! Poi passando fra i vigneti, siamo giunti alla cantina di vinificazione e infine la degustazione! Vorrei ringraziare Rita per la splendida visita e la disponibilità, anche attraverso le sue parole traspariva l'amore per questo mestiere, per questo luogo. I went to Al-Cantàra during the weekend of April 25th and it was a fantastic experience! We were lucky enough to also meet the owner, Mr. Giuffrida, who passed on his passion for wine, for the territory and for poetry and art. We visited the museum, full of bottles and salvaged pieces transformed into real works of art, really very beautiful and overwhelming! Then passing through the vineyards, we arrived at the winemaking cellar and finally the tasting! I would like to thank Rita for the wonderful visit and availability, also through her words the love for this profession, for this place, transpired.
