★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una delle realtà produttive più interessanti della vitivinicoltura dell’Etna, azienda biologica guidata con passione da Alice e dal marito Rosario. Le viti sono allevate ad alberello in piccole terrazze sorrette da muretti di pietra lavica. Potature, zolfo e sovesci sono le uniche pratiche in vigna, mentre in cantina le vinificazioni sono spontanee, senza aggiunta di lieviti selezionati. I vini sono super! Etna Rosso “Valcerasa”, Etna Bianco “Valcerasa”, Etna Rosato “Rosso Relativo”, Etna Rosso “Crucimonaci”, Etna Bianco “Noir”
 One of the most interesting production realities of Etna viticulture, an organic company led with passion by Alice and her husband Rosario. The vines are trained as saplings in small terraces supported by walls of lava stone. Pruning, sulfur and green manure are the only practices in the vineyard, while in the cellar the vinifications are spontaneous, without the addition of selected yeasts. The wines are super!
