★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho provato i vini dell'Azienda e la cosa che mi ha colpito di più è l'amore per la qualità che si evince su ogni bottiglia. Esordisco col rosato, il più "debole" della produzione. Il vino, è sicuramente un buon compromesso per coloro che non amano i rossi perchè troppo "pesanti" e non amano neanche i bianchi perchè troppo "chimici". Lo trovo fresco, di buona struttura e accattivante: un rosato di qualità.
I due bianchi sono strepitosi l'Etna bianco doc e il superiore, seppur con delle differenze, hanno il carricante in corpo che ne caratterizza i profumi e la struttura: ideali per esaltare le pietanze di pesce e antipasti. I rossi hanno entrambi l'eleganza e la struttura dei "nerelli". Una nota di merito in più per il "Capu Chiurma" che nel ruolo del "più anziano", preposto al comando di una filiera produttiva, prevale per complessità e franchezza:eccellente
I tried the wines of the company and the thing that struck me most is the love for quality that can be seen on every bottle. I begin with the rosé, the "weakest" of production. Wine is certainly a good compromise for those who do not like red wines because they are too "heavy" and do not even like whites because they are too "chemical". I find it fresh, of good structure and captivating: a quality rosé.
The two whites are amazing, the white Etna DOC and the superior, albeit with some differences, have the carricante in the body that characterizes the perfumes and the structure: ideal for enhancing fish and antipasto dishes. The reds have both the elegance and the structure of the "nerelli". A further note on the "Capu Chiurma" that in the role of "elder", in charge of the command of a production chain, prevails for complexity and frankness: excellent

Mariarita e Filippo ti trasmettono la loro passione per il loro lavoro e i vini sono ottimi...il Mari (etna bianco) e il Ripiddu (etna rosso) li abbiamo adorati ma anche tutti gli altri sono da provare! Bravi!
The wine tasting of this small winery was a truly unexpected experience. Mariarita and Filippo pass on their passion for their work and the wines are excellent ... we loved Mari (Etna bianco) and Ripiddu (red Etna) but all the others are also worth trying! Well done!

Maria, the guide, was so friendly and passionate about the wine but also on other products like cheese and meat from this neighborhood. We can really recommend this place to everyone who want to have a personal and local wine tasting experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great tour of the vineyards and cellar where the process happens. Mariarita did an amazing job. The whole tour and tasting has a very personal and special feel to it. After the tour the tasting takes place in Mariarita’s home. We had two small children with us and she even had treats and juices for the kids. If you are looking to do tours in the area this is a must!
