B	Bah Boh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è corretto sostenere con assoluta convinzione che il mio attuale operatore rateizzi l'acquisto di uno smartphone solo se si ha una carta di credito o se si fornisce busta paga ,quando in un altro store ho avuto conferma che va benissimo anche il conto corrente .Per fortuna non mi sono fidata della notizia fornitami dalla signorina ,che sembrava tanto gentile e disponibile,ma forse voleva solo che facessi un cambio di operatore per passare a Wind. Assurdo e falso. Mi sono recata al negozio per un cambio gestore telefono fisso.da che doveva essere una cosa semplice è diventato uno sperpetuo. Aspetto una loro mail che non mi è arrivata ma non so come contattarli perché non rispondono al telefono Kind but unfortunately not efficient. I went to the store for a landline phone change. Portato il cellulare lunedì, mercoledì doveva essere pronto, ma no, loro mi chiamano giovedì per dirmi che c’era un problema col colore dello schermo da mettere (già assurdo perché avrebbero dovuto vederlo martedì o al massimo mercoledì). Io avevo molta fretta perché dovevo partire, e loro allora mi hanno assicurato che il telefono sarebbe stato pronto per venerdì. Venerdì alle 19 mi mandano un messaggio (sapendo che mi serviva con urgenza avrebbero potuto almeno chiamare, ma comunque alle 19 mi sembra un po' tardi per avvisare) dicendomi che il telefono non si poteva aggiustare perché il display era arrivato difettoso e che avrei dovuto aspettare la prossima spedizione. Morale della favola dopo UNA SETTIMANA mi sono ritrovata di venerdì sera con un telefono rotto il finesettimana in arrivo e in ENORME difficoltà per la partenza. Le loro scuse sono state “Quando si lavora con terzi non dipendono da noi i tempi, non è colpa nostra”. Se non sapete gestire i vostri collaboratori fate solo quello che vi compete in prima persona. Mi sembra scorretto fare pubblicità a quello che invece me l ha riparato in 3 ore senza problemi e senza sorprese (nonostante lo avessi avvisato di sabato), quindi non scriverò il nome, ma sconsiglio vivamente questo negozio per riparazioni di cellulari. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. “Phone repair 2/3 working days” they said. Once the cell phone was brought on Monday, it had to be ready on Wednesday, but no, they call me on Thursday to tell me that there was a problem with the color of the screen to put on (already absurd because they should have seen it on Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest). I was in a hurry because I had to leave, and they then assured me that the phone would be ready by Friday. Friday at 7pm they send me a message (knowing that I needed it urgently they could at least call, but still at 7pm it seems a bit late to warn me) telling me that the phone could not be fixed because the display had arrived defective and that I should have wait for the next shipment. Moral of the story after ONE WEEK I found myself on a Friday night with a broken phone on the coming weekend and in HUGE difficulty for the departure. Their apologies were "When working with third parties, timing is not up to us, it's not our fault". If you don't know how to manage your collaborators, only do what is right for you. It seems unfair to me to advertise the one who repaired it for me in 3 hours without problems and without surprises (despite having warned him on Saturday), so I will not write the name, but I strongly advise against this shop for cell phone repairs.
