β β β β β Siete stati cosΓ¬ celeri a rispondere alla mia valutazione, cosΓ¬ come siete stati poco attenti alla proposizione dei vostri servizi. Il personale Γ¨ molto confuso, dal momento che sono dovuto tornare 3 volte in negozio e per 3 volte mi sono state date 3 informazioni diverse. Alla fine ho preferito recarmi all'Apple Store di Marcianise, visto che al R-Store Vomero il personale Γ¨ impreparato, e che per entrare occorre mettersi in lista d'attesa.
You were so quick to respond to my evaluation, just as you were not very attentive to the proposition of your services. The staff are very confused, since I had to go back 3 times to the shop and 3 times I was given 3 different information. In the end I preferred to go to the Apple Store in Marcianise, given that at the R-Store Vomero the staff is unprepared, and that to enter you have to put yourself on a waiting list.

β β β β β Recatami in assistenza per la sostituzione della batteria di un iphone 6S mi Γ¨ stato detto dalla signorina all'accettazione che dai test fatti risultava che il problema non era della batteria ma "qualcosa" che riguardava il cellulare e alla mia insistenza ha aggiunto: "mi dispiace ma non si accende, va sostituito; vada su a chiedere se ci sono delle buone offerte". Per fortuna non ho desistito, ho acquistato una batteria nuova in rete con relativo kit di sostituzione e l'ho sostituita da sola con il risultato che ora il mio iphone funziona regolarmente. Non credo sia possibile accettare che ci possano essere in un negozio accreditato Apple persone cosΓ¬ incompetenti.
Contact me for assistance for replacing the battery of an iphone 6S I was told by the young lady upon acceptance that the tests carried out showed that the problem was not the battery but "something" concerning the cell phone and to my insistence she added: "I sorry but it does not light up, it needs to be replaced; go upstairs and ask if there are any good offers ". Fortunately I did not give up, I bought a new battery on the net with its replacement kit and I replaced it by myself with the result that now my iphone works regularly. I don't think it's possible to accept that there could be such incompetent people in an Apple accredited store.
