Risposta: noi diamo garanzia soltanto per 1 mese. assurdo, ho riparato decine di cellulari e tablet da loro, certamente non mi vedranno mai più. Anzitutto il telefono l'ho portato il 9 giugno, e come le ho spiegato, considerando il periodo estivo e l'impedimento perché lavoro fuori Napoli alla fine neppure è trascorso un mese, anche se trovo assurdo dare soltanto un mese di copertura a garanzia, inoltre qualche graffio è semplicemente un graffio che non c'entra niente col malfunzionamento che come le ho spiegato si è verificato dopo pochi giorni. p.s. bellissima la vostra recensione con la quale vi date cinque stelle da soli ahahahah To avoid, replace iPhone display, after about two months does not work. Mi hanno distrutto un computer: eseguita formattazione, ma preventivamente, hanno eseguito copia parziale file dati in vece di fare il backup completo. Sostituzione del disco C: con uno più piccolo anche se più veloce. Ecc... Dopo la risposta del proprietario sono costretto a modificare la recensione dovendo contestare l’arrampicata sugli specchi. La mia richiesta verbale di velocizzazione dati e aumento memoria interna è stata passata al reparto tecnico con la dicitura “lento navigazione e normale” “fare preventivo” senza alcuna specifica sul tipo di operatività (sostituzione con SSD d’inferiore capacità) e comunicandomi un costo di €150 e consegna dopo 2 ore (in realtà traslata il giorno dopo). Dopo esame al mio domicilio ho potuto costatare velocità di linea inalterata e mancato riporto alcuni dati. Riconsegnato, ho dovuto rintuzzare il loro tentativo di addebitare la lentezza al gestore linea usufruendo di fibra a 1 G (ma loro no) e quindi mi hanno cambiato la SK, mentre per il ripristino dati hanno giocato la carta “PRIVATY” lasciando al cliente la “serenità di farlo!” (ma loro non sono stati in grado dopo 2 successivi interventi, di ritrasferire i dati sul notebook avendo eseguito formattazione non trasferendo tutti i dati per “PRIVATI?”). Ma i driver e il SW per le periferiche, download vari e altro sono forse dati sensibili? NON CREDO CHE ORA VI BASTERÀ SCUSARVI PER GL’INSULTI ESPRESSI SU MIE INCOMPETENZE E PARANOIE ED È EVIDENTE CHE LA VS È UN’ATTIVITÀ CH’È DESTINATA A NON CONTINUARE CON SIMILE GESTIONE! Qualità buona prezzo ottimo da buon cliente posso dire che Lorenzo titolare è stato sempre disponibile e molto garbato ed aiutato ad installare e aggiustare due vecchi telefoni Hauwei. Personale molto tecnico e professionale A breve comprerò 1 altro Samsung da loro ad ogni problema mi è stato sempre risolto. Lo consiglio nella zona Vomero. I had 2 tablets repaired I bought a mobile phone ? Samsung and other small accessories. Quality good price excellent as a good customer I can say that Lorenzo the owner was always available and very polite and helped to install and fix two old Hauwei phones.
