Mi spiega come formulare la richiesta di acquisto (iphone 11 128gb) IN CONTRASSEGNO. Mercoledì 3 Giugno alle 22,00 formalizzo l' acquisto chiedendo fermo deposito GLS Bari Interporto e come mi era stato detto con € 710,00 ( 709,99) consegna 24/48 ore. 4 Giugno vengo ricontattato dalla sig.ra Simona per conferma indirizzo di consegna e tempistica, dicendomi che Venerdì 05 poteva essere a Bari. Chaimo Venerdì e chiedo della sig.ra Simona, ma essendo impegnata (il titolare ?) mi fornisce n. spedizione GLS. Chiamo GLS il pacco è a Bari. Alle 14,30 vado in GLS. Ricevo il pacco, ottimamente imballato da involucro in cartone spesso e originale scatola Apple. Nel frattempo di attesa del resto, apro il pacco (difficile e laboriosa l' apertura a causa dell'ottimo imballaggio!!!) TUTTO A POSTO . Se lo avessi saputo avrei risparmiato € 5,00 per contrassegno. ( Timore e sfiducia a prescindere) OTTIMO SERVIZIO OTTIMO TUTTO GRAZIE On 29 May 2020 Saturday I call the company cell phone. I am told to call back after an hour. I call back and then talk to Mrs. Simona. He explains to me how to formulate the purchase request (iphone 11 128gb). Wednesday 3 June at 22.00 I formalize the purchase by asking for a GLS Bari Interporto deposit and as I was told with € 710.00 (709.99) delivery 24/48 hours. June 4 I am contacted by Ms Simona to confirm delivery address and timing, telling me that Friday 05 could be in Bari. Chaimo Friday and I ask for Ms Simona, but being busy (the owner?) Provides me with n. GLS shipping. I call GLS the parcel is in Bari. At 2.30 pm I go to GLS. I receive the package, excellently packed in thick cardboard and in an original Apple box. In the meantime, waiting for the rest, I open the package (difficult and laborious to open due to the excellent packaging !!!) EVERYTHING OK. If I had known, I would have saved € 5.00 for cash on delivery. (Fear and mistrust regardless) EXCELLENT SERVICE EXCELLENT ALL THANKS
