Fortunatamente a Montesilvano ci sono anche centri wind gestiti con serietà. Rude and not helpful at all: he sent us away in a bad way without solving the problem because we didn't have to "buy" anything! Fortunately in Montesilvano there are also wind centers managed with seriousness.

Resto dell'idea che la wind su telefonia mobile è la migliore. Mio parere personale The girl from the shop is welcoming and cheerful but above all she demonstrates what she says with facts. J	Jim Avtz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ragazza che lavora li e' strepitosa, molto brava e sempre disponibile ad aiutare. Pero' e' la Wind come agenzia che fa schifo!!! E' da MESI che non ho la Adsl a casa e li chiamo ogni giorno chiedendo un tecnico e non lo mandano mai!! Ed io pago per Adsl mentre c'ho Internet a scatti. Ed ieri (23/10/2018) mi hanno staccato l'internet (quel poco che avevo) perche' non avevo pagato una (1!!) bolletta scaduta il 20/10/2018, cioe' tre (3!!!!!)giorni fa!! Una bolletta che non era mai arrivata!!!!! Per tutto questo e non solo.... (sono tante le storie che posso dire per la wind) metto 1 stella ed e' tanto!!! The girl who works there is amazing, very good and always available to help. But it is the Wind as an agency that sucks !!! I haven't had ADSL at home for MONTHS and I call them every day asking for a technician and they never send him !! And I pay for ADSL while I have the Internet in jerks. And yesterday (23/10/2018) they disconnected my internet (what little I had) because I hadn't paid a (1 !!) bill that expired on 20/10/2018, that is three (3 !!!! !)days ago!! A bill that never arrived !!!!! For all this and more .... (there are many stories I can tell for the wind) I put 1 star and that's a lot !!!
