(anche se spenta) insultava un signore anziano che non rispettava la distanza di un metro con gli altri mentre lei stessa faceva lo slalom tra noi in fila (sempre con la SIGARETTA in bocca) per andar a fumare fuori! (meno male che sono di "marca"!). Nonostante la legge italiana, anzi europea imponga di dare 24 mesi di garanzia sui prodotti nuovi, ed io abbia conservato e tenuto lo scontrino, mi è stato rifiutato il cambio. L'azienda ha così dimostrato un atteggiamento ai limiti se non al di fuori della legalità ed una pessima anzi totale assenza di attenzione verso il cliente. Non comprate in questo negozio, non sarete assistiti in caso di necessità. Pessimi, una stella perché meno non si può. La risposta è falsa, nel centro Oasi di Montesilvano avete un centro per vendita di occhiali e vendete la marca Fossil. La vostra risposta è in linea con i vostri disservizi. Bad after sales service, bought 10 months ago a pair of Fossil sunglasses whose lenses have lost treatment and become stained on the edges! (Luckily they are "brand"!). Despite the Italian law, or rather the European one, requires to give 24 months warranty on new products, and I have kept and kept the receipt, I was refused the change. The company has thus demonstrated an attitude to the limits if not outside the law and a very bad indeed total absence of attention to the customer.
