★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da quando ho acquistato la macchina, ho avuto sempre problemi con Il FAP che mandava in blocco il motore.costringendomi ad andare in officina per la rigenerazione forzata.
Ho sempre chiesto come mai non ci fosse una spia di allerta per rigenerare la centralina. Il capoofficina mi ha sempre detto che non c'era.
Il problema lo risolto ad Aprile 2019 quando il motore mi è andato in blocco in valtellina. La toyota Fini Guerra mi ha finalmente attivato la spia che la win car riteneva inesistente.
Adesso il motore non va più in blocco.
Since I bought the car, I have always had problems with the FAP that was blocking the engine. I was forced to go to the workshop for forced regeneration.
I've always wondered why there wasn't a warning light to regenerate the control unit. The workshop chief always told me he wasn't there.
The problem solved it in April 2019 when the engine stopped me in valtellina. The toyota Fini Guerra finally activated the spy that the win car considered non-existent.
Now the engine is no longer blocked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ben organizzata, in alcuni orari il cliente viene lasciato ad aspettare come fosse per loro un disturbo servirlo (spiacente doverlo dire, ma a me è capitato 3 volte) officina ricambi ben fornita ma sui prodotti da ordinare fanno aspettare più del dovuto, i prezzi leggermente alti per la manutenzione e a parer mio troppo alti sui ricambi dei veicoli datati! Il personale sempre sui veicoli datati non è preparato come ci si aspetta da una concessionaria ufficiale.
Not well organized, in some times the customer is left to wait as if it were a nuisance to serve him (sorry to say it, but it happened to me 3 times) well-equipped spare parts workshop but on the products to be ordered they make you wait more than necessary, the prices slightly high for maintenance and in my opinion too high on dated vehicle parts! Personnel always on dated vehicles are not as trained as expected from an official dealership.
