Ma riguardo al Sig. Titolare dell'autofficina, questi molto sgarbatamente questa mattina mi congedava rendendomi edotto che nella sua officina non perdono tempo a sostituire una cuffia al braccetto anteriore della mia auto, detto ciò si allontanava senza un minimo cenno di saluto.
Sono rimasto veramente esterefatto a tale atteggiamento anche perché è stato pagato profumatamente ogni qualvolta i suoi dipendenti hanno eseguito interventi sulla mia auto.
Non penso proprio di ritornarci.
Nothing to complain about the professionalism, availability, seriousness and education of the employees who have solved two problems on my car.
But with regard to Mr. Owner of the car repair shop, this very rudely dismissed me this morning making me aware that in his workshop they do not waste time replacing a headset for the front arm of my car, having said that he walked away without a hint of greeting.
I was really blown away by this attitude also because he was paid handsomely every time his employees performed work on my car.
I really don't think about going back.
