Non intendevano cambiarmi un articolo perché secondo l'addetta avrei dovuto ripiegarlo esattamente come era prima di aprirlo... assurdo!! Non mi è mai successa una cosa del genere.. in più mi hanno mentito dicendo che nn c'era la misura più grande,che invece avevo già visto essere disponibile... e ancora, quando a quel punto ho chiesto i soldi indietro,entro i 7 giorni, mi hanno detto che non potevano...ho dovuto minacciare di chiamare la finanza e a quel punto me li hanno ridati...vergognosi! E se devo dirla tutta a parte il risparmio su alcuni prodotti,nn c'è nulla di positivo...è un posto sempre affollato,caotico,nn hanno orari per sistemare le cose quindi a volte sei impedito a guardare un reparto perché lo stanno allestendo in quel momento creando ancora più caos.... cassiere sempre scocciate che pare ti stiano facendo un favore...per carità nn ci metterò mai più piede. Tra carrelli, corsie non large, scostumatezza della gente, personale non particolarmente educato, il pensiero è quello di lasciare il posto quanto prima possibile. Ho dovuto aspettare che i miei genitori venissero a trovarmi a Salerno perché io qui non ho la macchina. Purtroppo non ci hanno passato la salsa nel secondo conto. Ho lasciato tutta la mia spesa dato che comunque ero venuta per la salsa e il resto era superfluo. NON TORNERÒ MAI PIÙ! Ho speso 160€ e ho chiesto se potevo comprare un uovo in più ,visto che si potevano comprare solo 4 uova. Mi è stato risposto di no,la signora che veniva dopo di me si è gentilmente offerta di comprarlo lei . Ma con fare arrogante gli si viene detto di no! E l'uovo viene preso e messo sotto la cassa. Ho cercato di fare capire alla signorina che era la stessa cosa se sarei rientrata o venuta il giorno dopo,avrei comunque comprato un altro uovo,ma non c'è stato nulla da fare . Alla fine sono rientrata lei mi ha visto e ha urlato alla cassiera che non doveva vendermi l'uovo perché ne avevo già comprato 4, così si è gentilmente offerto un signore che ha preso l'uovo ma quando è andato alla cassa a pagare non lo volevano dare nemmeno a lui . Alla fine il signore ha dovuto minacciare che avrebbe lasciato la spesa li,solo così ha potuto comprare l'uovo. Che poi mi è stato portato fuori. Che dire ,cambia lavoro ! Staje troppo esaurita! È vergognoso essere trattati così. Ho chiesto di poter parlare con un responsabile,mi è stato risposto che era lei. Allora state inguaiati.! P.S. ho dovuto mettere per forza una stella per recensire. Ma non meritate nemmeno quella. E la mia esperienza la racconterò a chiunque vorrà informazioni su di voi.
