Ho chiesto se era possibile la fattura a azienda estera. La signora è stata scortese, maleducata e con toni infastiditi. Secondo lei mi sarei dovuto ricordare che ho fatto la stessa richiesta lo scorso anno. Molto grave, aiaiaiiii. Avrei dovuto dedicare il mio anno a questo ricordo. In ogni caso, con fare nervoso, mi ha detto che ci vogliono i documenti della camera di commercio con timbro ( ente non esistente in Grecia) .... esiste un registro europeo ed inserendo i dati viene fuori il tutto. Ovunque acquisto merci per il mio ristorante mi emettono la fattura. Basta essere organizzati. Ma al di là di questo la scortesia non ha prezzo. Sono andato via senza acquistare nulla. Imparate a stare in commercio ed a trattare i clienti. Consiglio all’azienda di inserire una interfaccia adeguata altrimenti si perdono clienti. Mai più ! r	rocco sica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi hanno fornito un prodotto scaduto. tornato a casa mi sono accorto della merce e ho puntualmente chiamato per informare della mia volontà di cambiare la merce. la proprietaria mi ha palesemente offeso, dicendo che io avrei potuto leggere prima la data di scadenza, e che il prodotto in essere ha una data indicativa ma può essere consumato anche dopo scadenza, inoltre affermando un falso, ovvero che io lo avessi pagato a metà prezzo. mi ha intimato di recarmi di fretta al negozio altrimenti non avrebbe fatto il cambio merce. siccome siamo in emergenza COVID e il mio motivo reale di spostamento non era mia esigenza ma un puro vezzo del negoziante, io ho solamente chiesto di riportarlo di li a qualche giorno, quando mi sarei allontanato di casa per MIE REALI ESIGENZE PERSONALI. dopo varie offese gratuite, quali di non sapere fare i conti (il sottoscritto ha una laurea in ingegneria meccanica e qualche conto lo riesco a fare), ha approvato la mia richiesta. credo che un cliente (soprattutto se fisso) vada compreso, e non imputare i piedi su qualche spiccio, perché di fatto non mi vedrete mai più.
