La prima volta l'ho trovata chiusa prima delle 19 (orario previsto di chiusura). La seconda volta c'erano 5 clienti in attesa per un'addetta che riceveva, alla fine presi la decisione più saggia, quella di andarmene. Infine la terza volta (mi ero illuso perché dopo il cliente, finalmente toccava a me) dopo un'ora di attesa, con tanto di caffè e molte chiacchiere, tra l'altro, di cose personali tra loro due, alla fine decisi, saggiamente, per la seconda volta, di andarmene.
