I may have been "unfortunate" but my experience was very negative from the purchase of a used one passed off as the sole owner (found to be a fake, verified and admitted, without trying to fix the "oversight") disguised defects and lack of work to be done before deliver the car due to wear magically come out after the warranty has expired. Kindness ... availability accompanied by great professionalism ... I have been a Kia Sportage customer for 5 years and I feel great ???

The acquaintance with this dealership starts from afar, and they have always distinguished themselves for the lack of reception and lack of kindness (I must say that then with luck someone kind and polite catches him). I ask to do a test drive but no answer. At this point I send the request to Avellino where they reply in a short time and I take the test. Not very exhaustive to tell the truth, but hospitality, kindness and availability without comparison with the Salerno office. Doing a further research I see that CasalCar has the model I was looking for with the top set-up on sale as a company product. I am convinced to go in person and the car is not present. I ask the seller who quickly tells me no! We don't have it !! I point out that it is on the online site by logging in from my mobile. The seller repents and says that at the moment he is not in the office because he is out for hire. I leave your name to contact me. In the meantime, for work reasons I am less and less in Salerno so I start calling for info. It should be back in 15 days - a month .. Time passes but nothing. Review in person at the beginning of October, perhaps to talk to the seller and somehow block the car since it would have been very difficult to review soon after. I speak to the Front-office but the lady tells me that the car has not returned, also implying that I had made a mistake in passing, and that at the moment the gentleman with whom I had spoken on the phone was not there. I explain that it will not be possible for me to pass before a month but no suggestions from the front office. In fact it was not and is not their problem. But the professionalism and availability are perhaps also seen from these things. The car has meanwhile been sold. Best wishes to those who bought it.

Zero professionalism! I contact the dealership for a used car in the afternoon as agreed, I pass the car sold the next morning !! after 30km and a day lost at work, good!

I ask for info about a 4th series Sportage and I am promptly contacted by one of their receptionist to make an appointment on site. Once everything is fixed, they tell me that the car is sold as soon as I arrive at the headquarters, without even the decency to at least notify and point out that it is no longer available, with the following of wanting to present the new model (to be delivered in June moreover ). They then show me another model that is at a totally higher price than a Quattroruote rating. Unprofessional.
