A prescindere dalla mia decisione finale per l'acquisto o meno ritengo questa concessionaria un ottimo punto di riferimento. Positive experience for a quote made with Mr. Mattia. Professional and helpful but at the same time courteous and precise. Regardless of my final purchase decision or not, I consider this dealership an excellent point of reference.

Mattia che pur di vendere l'auto una fiat grande punto me l'ha elogiata come ottimo acquisto. Non metto in dubbio la qualità e la meccanica di un auto con motore fire che ha fatto storia, ma io stavo permutando una Renault Scenic 1.9 con 130 cv, nessun paragone, ma quantomeno poteva invitarmi a provare la punto che per me è stata una delusione perché va bene su tutti i punti di vista, ma adatta ad un guidatore senza pretese, spesso necessita di spinta nelle salite... Un buon venditore di auto di rende conto prima di vendere da che auto scendi, e ti consiglia al meglio magari con qualche cavallo in più... Fa niente ormai ho fatto l'incauto acquisto e me la tengo a malincuore pur pagando rate che non soddisfano le mie aspettative. Grazie comunque ad autogenova. Ho visto la sollecitudine e gli sforzi compiuti per risolvere in fretta il problema, alleviandomi le preoccupazioni ed i disagi sotto ogni aspetto. Molto dispiaciuto per l'accaduto e sebbene abbia rinunciato all'aquisto e restituito l'auto mi sento di consigliare la società Autogenova per la serietà dimostrata. Quindi ho dovuto recedere dal contratto e rimanere a piedi, in quanto mi ero fidato di loro ed avevo venduto l'auto vecchia poco prima che arrivasse la nuova. Si tratta di un rivenditore plurimarche, che tratta per lo più vetture seminuove, con pochi km e pochi anni di vita. Ottima esperienza. Nella fase di trattativa hanno messo un pochino di fretta perché la vettura in questione era già stata individuata da un altro potenziale acquirente, ma ci sta. Dopo la vendita, al momento del cambio pneumatici è emerso un problema ai cerchioni e il rivenditore si è fatto carico pienamente della sostituzione di un cerchione (con prodotto originale della marca dell'auto, cosa non scontata) e della rifilatura degli altri. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto e mi sento di consigliare questo ottimo rivenditore. Three weeks ago I bought my new (used) car from Autogenova.
