I	Irene Ronci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente pulito, molto confortevole e con dotazioni di tutto rispetto, ma la differenza secondo me la fa Katia D'Alessandro, istruttrice di altissimo livello, attenta alle esigenze di ogni singolo atleta, paziente e pronta a correggere e migliorare le prestazioni di tutti, e non da ultimo persona gentile e molto empatica. Palestra consigliatissima!! Clean environment, very comfortable and with respectable equipment, but the difference in my opinion is made by Katia D'Alessandro, instructor of the highest level, attentive to the needs of each individual athlete, patient and ready to correct and improve everyone's performance, and not least a kind and very empathetic person. Gym highly recommended !!

Katia è fantastica ed è stata la prima istruttrice a riuscire a farmi fare tante lezioni di seguito a me che ho sempre avuto repulsione per le palestre! Metto solo 5 stelle perché non se ne possono mettere di più! SUPER gym! Preparatissima, scrupolosissima e bravissima nell’insegnamento. Il box non è come i soliti box.. è accogliente, pulito e c’è una zona relax dove si può pranzare tutti insieme seduti su delle comode poltroncine. Non lo cambierei per nulla al mondo ♥️ A family, a meeting place where you feel at home. Top workouts with coach Katia! Very prepared, scrupulous and very good at teaching. The box is not like the usual boxes .. it is cozy, clean and there is a relaxation area where you can have lunch all together sitting on comfortable armchairs. Pulizia, accoglienza, gruppo, lavoro, allenamenti, wod e attrezzatura ma soprattutto per il lavoro di Katia che con professionalità ed estrema accuratezza segue il lavoro delle classi soffermandosi ed aiutando ognuno nelle sue criticità. Mi sono sentita accolta in una “famiglia” di persone che si sostengono a vicenda e si incoraggiano a dare il meglio l’un l’altro. Grazie a Katia e a tutti i ragazzi del box con cui mi alleno riesco ad affrontare ogni nuovo allenamento pensando sempre di potercela fare e, anche se con pesi adeguati, movimenti scalati o esercizi alternativi, riesco sempre a terminare la lezione e andare a casa stanca ma soddisfatta ma soprattutto con la voglia di allenarmi ancora e di dare il meglio di me, ogni giorno. Wild Crew Crossfit ti allena il fisico e anche l’autostima, ti fa stare bene dentro e anche fuori ? Beautiful box! 5 stars for all evaluation criteria. Cleaning, hospitality, group, work, training, wod and equipment but above all for the work of Katia who with professionalism and extreme accuracy follows the work of the classes, pausing and helping everyone in their critical situations. I felt welcomed into a "family" of people who support each other and encourage each other to give their best. Thanks to Katia and to all the guys in the box with whom I train I can face every new workout always thinking I can do it and, even if with adequate weights, climbing movements or alternative exercises, I always manage to finish the lesson and go home tired but satisfied but above all with the desire to train again and give my best every day. Dalle persone, alla coach e i vice, alla struttura nuovissima, pulitissima, e soprattutto al metodo di crossfit applicato, confermo che non esiste di meglio in zona. Provare per credere.. After attending 4 other crossfit boxes, between Pescara and the province, 1 year ago I chose Wild. To date, I would do the same thing a thousand times over. From the people, to the coach and the deputies, to the brand new, very clean structure, and above all to the crossfit method applied, I confirm that there is no better in the area. Seeing is believing..

Iscritto da un anno, ho visto, nonostante le chiusure per i lockdown, un miglioramento superlativo nella qualità dei movimenti, nelle skill, nei carichi e nella performance in generale.
