Tutti dovrebbero sapere che non c’è migliore medicina dell’attività fisica e se state cercando un posto dove iniziare il vostro percorso sappiate che qui verrete guidati e accompagnati al meglio! Consiglio la struttura anche ad atleti per migliorare le proprie performance!
Best structure in Pescara with competent and very helpful people. Not just a gym but a place to have fun and grow through movement. Everyone should know that there is no better medicine than physical activity and if you are looking for a place to start your journey, know that here you will be guided and accompanied in the best possible way! I also recommend the structure to athletes to improve their performance!

Staff super competente, preparato e pronto ad ascoltare le singole esigenze di ogni cliente per cucirgli addosso il miglior allenamento, unendolo anche ad un personalissima dieta alimentare. Inoltre, il design proietta il fruitore in un ambiente moderno ed accogliente.
Ci tengo anche a ringraziare il Trainer nonché membro fondatore Emanuele D’amico per l’ottimo lavoro che giornalmente svolge con me. Grazie al suo supporto sto continuando a inseguire il mio sogno para olimpico in vista dell’appuntamento a Parigi 2024 sono un judoka non vedente e con lui abbiamo trovato facilmente metodologie alternative d’allenamento ed integrabili con il mio sport principale
Beautiful gym equipped with modern machinery and technologies. Super competent staff, prepared and ready to listen to the individual needs of each customer to sew the best training on him, also combining it with a very personal diet. Furthermore, the design projects the user into a modern and welcoming environment.
I also want to thank the Trainer and founding member Emanuele D’amico for the excellent work he does with me every day. Thanks to his support, I am continuing to pursue my para-Olympic dream in view of the appointment in Paris 2024. I am a blind judoka and with him we have easily found alternative training methods that can be integrated with my main sport
