Il personale molto competente, e minuzioso nei dettagli ha demolito il vecchio camino e rifatto tutto in cartongesso con molta cura e attenti a non creare problemi dato che la casa è abitata ed arredata... Consiglio questa azienda sia per professionalità e sia per i prezzi molto competitivi... P. S. pronti ad accontentare il cliente in caso di problematiche non dovute a loro... I	Isterop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La disponibilità e l'accuratezza nello svolgere il loro lavoro ahimè non ripaga le problematiche sorte dopo l'installazione dell'inserto Moretti Design Glass. Per cominciare ho avuto problemi col telecomando, sostituito ne ha dati subito altri: un'odissea! La delusione è scoprire che non è stata installata la sonda dell'uscita canalizzata! Terribile!! Dunque non c'è modo di controllare la temperatura nell'altra stanza se non spostarsi col telecomando da una parte all'altra a mò di scimmia. Direi inaccettabile per 5 euro di sonda e 5000 euro di spesa finale!! Ho chiesto più volte sia dove fosse possibile collegare un possibile termostato, ma nulla. Mi viene da pensare che non c'è conoscenza del prodotto venduto, cosa che non dovrebbe assolutamente accadere. Spero di risolvere almeno con l'assistenza altrimenti ho comprato una panda spendendo come una ferrari!! Avevo un vecchio camino a legna, da quando mi hanno installato l’inserto ,la casa ha cambiato aspetto ed è sempre caldissima. Nonostante il lavoro sia stato difficile ,avendo dovuto posizionare l’inserto in una struttura di cartongesso preesistente,sono stati meravigliosi!!! Quando c'è stata la consegna il personale è stato molto scrupoloso ed attento a non sporcare la stanza per l'istallazione del cartongesso insieme al camino. Personale educato.. Il risultato è stato ECCELLENTE. CONSIGLIATISSIMA COME AZIENDA. I contacted Prontocamino for the installation of an electric fireplace. Qualified staff attentive to customer needs. Delivery on time.
