Trasparenza, cordialità e disponibilità. Voglio citare un venditore che mi ha accompagnato nella scelta CARLO JOVANOVIC. In Carlo, più che un venditore ho trovato un amico, con una cordialità e una gentilezza che non ha eguali. Una persona alla mano, sempre col sorriso. Abbiamo atteso che qualcuno si occupasse di noi ma finché non ho chiesto, nessun ci ha detto di essere nel posto sbagliato. Siamo così andati nella filiale giusta dove un venditore ha esaurientemente risposto ad ogni nostra domanda e ci ha illustrato i piani di acquisto. Aspettavamo di essere contattati per un test drive ma ancora niente. My husband and I went because we were interested in the new C4. We accidentally went to the branch for freight and second hand. We waited for someone to look after us but until I asked, no one told us they were in the wrong place. So we went to the right branch where a salesman has fully answered all our questions and explained the purchase plans. We were waiting to be contacted for a test drive but still nothing.
