Il ritiro viene inspiegabilmente ritardato per oltre una settimana e quando, dopo 10 giorni, mi viene consegnata mi accorgo che l'auto aveva, nel frattempo, percorso oltre 1700 Km. Altro che problemi burocratici!!! E tralascio altre carenze minori. Ritengo superfluo ogni ulteriore commento...... Devo aggiornare la mia recensione informando che il titolare mi ha prontamente offerto, a ristoro dell'inconveniente, un buono gratuito per il primo tagliando annuale. Ho accettato volentieri anche per il garbo e la onesta' mostratami. Oggi ho effettuato il tagliando in un contesto di grande cortesia e professionalita'.... AUTOEPI si è mostrata azienda seria, all'altezza del brand che rappresenta. My personal experience has been decidedly NEGATIVE. I purchased an almost new corporate C5 Aircross and paid the full amount immediately. The withdrawal is inexplicably delayed for over a week and when, after 10 days, it is delivered to me, I realize that the car had, in the meantime, traveled over 1700 km. Other than bureaucratic problems !!! And I leave out other minor shortcomings. I think any further comment is superfluous ...... I need to update my review by informing that the owner promptly offered me a free coupon for the first annual coupon to compensate for the inconvenience. I gladly accepted also for the grace and honesty shown to me. Today I made the coupon in a context of great courtesy and professionalism .... AUTOEPI has shown itself to be a serious company, at the height of the brand it represents.

Chiedete di Rocco se volete fare un acquisto sicuro non rimarrete delusi. Un valore aggiunto per Autoepi....e comunque grazie a tutto lo staff. After having toured many dealers I got to know a salesman (Rocco) who immediately put me at ease and together we found the best solution for me. Il capoofficina é di una disponibilità cortesia ed educazione inimmaginabili e raramente rintracciabili al giorno d’oggi. La receptionist, Gió, semplicemente squisita . It is really difficult to find so many qualities in one place with so many efficient people inside: the workshop really looks like a living room, everything always clean and tidy.
