Abbiamo fatto anche la SPA e la consiglio piccola zona relax ma ottima. Consiglio di andarci... Colazione a volontà!!! Gentilissimo lo staff.... Cordiali saluti Beautiful 4 star hotel new rooms complete with balcony overlooking the street is inside the hotel garden. We also did the SPA and I recommend the small but excellent relaxation area. I recommend going there ... Unlimited breakfast !!! Very kind staff .... Best regards

Fin dal momento della richiesta di informazioni e della prenotazione lo staff si è mostrato gentilissimo e disponibilissimo (in particolare le due ragazze con cui mi sono interfacciata, Daniela e un'altra ragazza di cui, purtroppo, non ricordo il nome ☹). Tutto ci è stato spiegato e illustrato nel dettaglio, la sposa è rimasta entusiasta del trattamento schiena-gambe ricevuto. L'unica cosa di cui mi posso "lamentare", ma più che altro è un appunto, sono alcuni getti d'acqua nella doccia emozionale un po' deboli e l'acqua della piscina esterna parecchio fredda (ma le ragazze della spa ci hanno spiegato che cambiano l'acqua ad ogni percorso e quando siamo andate noi si era riempita da poco, quindi ci sta che ci voglia un po' a riscaldarsi). Per il resto, per me, tutto ottimo. Lo consiglierò. Ancora grazie e complimenti allo staff. We celebrated a bachelorette party in the Acquaperla spa. From the moment of the request for information and the booking, the staff was very kind and extremely helpful (in particular the two girls I interfaced with, Daniela and another girl whose name, unfortunately, I don't remember ☹). Everything was explained and illustrated in detail, the bride was enthusiastic about the back-leg treatment she received. The only thing I can "complain about", but more than anything else is a note, are some jets of water in the emotional shower a bit weak and the water of the outdoor pool quite cold (but the girls of the spa explained that they change the water at each route and when we went it was filled up recently, so it may take a while to warm up). For the rest, for me, all excellent. I will recommend it. Thanks again and congratulations to the staff.

Torneremo presto ! La ragazza che mi ha accolto e fatto il massaggio è stata molto gentile e disponibile, attenta al benessere del cliente e a farlo sentire subito a suo agio. A nice place to unplug and indulge in a pampering. The girl who welcomed me and gave me the massage was very kind and helpful, attentive to the client's well-being and to make him feel immediately at ease.

A very welcoming Spa ... intimate ... not very large but perfect in every detail ... relaxation assured ... fabulous even the facial massage .... low costs ... we had a great time, my friend and I we did the route with an aperitif and we will be back soon, thanks also to the extremely available and kind girls.

Fin da subito ci siamo accorti che la struttura non fosse all'altezza (e nonostante ci fossero ambienti separati uomo donna, mio marito ed io abbiamo avuto la medesima impressione) nonostante fossimo pieni di grandi speranze. Gli spogliatoi sono piccoli e poco puliti tanto da spezzare immediatamente le aspettative di chi crede di trascorrere un paio di ore piacevoli in una spa. La spa piccolina, ma carina solo che faceva freddo. Abbiamo chiesto anche alla segretaria di alzare la temperatura, ma purtroppo l'ambiente, in pieno inverno, con un unico climatizzatore non si è scaldato affatto. Anche la sauna dove speravamo di trovare conforto non va oltre i 58/59 gradi. Il massaggio non vale assolutamente i soldi pagati e anche qui, comune denominare, il freddo. Le signore del massaggio prima di iniziare ci hanno lasciato delle coperte termiche che sono state prese da sotto il lettino e non erano riposte in alcuna busta per cui avrebbe potuto averle utilizzate chiunque. Io mi sono rifiutata di mettermele addosso e mi sono stati dati degli asciugamani. Anche la doccia, sia dentro la spa che negli spogliatoi, è capricciosa. L'acqua non scorre per cui ti ritrovi a farti la doccia con i piedi immersi in tanta acqua che defluisce a fatica. La signora dopo il massaggio ci ha chiesto se fosse andato bene il nostro percorso e al mio diniego, tuttavia, non è seguito alcun cordiale riscontro. Un'esperienza fredda in tutti i sensi! The changing rooms are small and not very clean, so much so that they immediately break the expectations of those who think they are spending a pleasant couple of hours in a spa. The small spa, but nice only it was cold. We also asked the secretary to raise the temperature, but unfortunately the room, in the middle of winter, with a single air conditioner, did not heat up at all. Even the sauna where we hoped to find comfort does not go beyond 58/59 degrees. The massage is absolutely not worth the money paid and here too, common to call it, the cold. The massage ladies left us thermal blankets before we started which were taken from under the bed and were not stored in any envelope that anyone could have used them for. I refused to put them on and was given towels. Even the shower, both inside the spa and in the changing rooms, is capricious. The water does not flow so you find yourself taking a shower with your feet immersed in so much water that flows out with difficulty. The lady after the massage asked us if our path had gone well and my refusal, however, was not followed by any cordial feedback. A cold experience in every sense!

At the end, she did a simple clean of your body as you do everyday under your shower (lol) ..no scrub or value added ! The cherry on the cake is that to do the massage..she leaves you under the “table” with the plastic completely wet (to do not ruin her table!)..this is just disgusting and not comfortable, and feeling cold all the time. The girl was nice but for 80euros it doesn’t count ! Finally I paid for 1h30 and I receive 1h of treatment btw.... it seems I will never come back and won’t give you the advice to go there to have a great relax time ! This was my experience..?
