★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend this accommodation. The people here are just lairs they just want to take all of your deposit. They will be very sweet with you when they need your money but once you leave the accommodation they won't even talk properly and forget about getting your money back. You better look for different options there are lot many.

I was an Erasmus student in Milan and I stayed in one of the Waysitalia houses. I did not have any issues with the house itself, the photos checked out. However, I have a lot of complaints about the service.
First, the contract is in Italian (no English version) and they claim to be an agency for Internacional students.
When I arrived at the house they told me that it would be clean but it wasn't. I contacted the landlord and he asked for pictures of the places with dust, claiming that they had to send them to the cleaning service for them to go clean the house. I sent them, and the person that came to clean was the same that welcomed us at the house.
There wasn't any cleaning company, it was an employee of Waysitalia.
When you want to checkout, they will come to the house very close to the time of your flight and present you a bill with things they don't tell you about until the checkout. You don't have a choice not to sign the bill because otherwise you won't get the rest of your deposit left. And they only bring the amount that they authorized beforehand (so there is no way that you can refute what they say, you just have to accept it)
I was charged 45€ for a party (that didn't happen) and I still don't know what that was about, they would not tell us. The landlord told us that there was a complaint from the building administrator, and that we could ask him for the complaint, and so we did.
My roomate sent an email to the building administrator, that our landlord authorized, asking for the complaint of the party. They did not have any.
They only tell you how much they will take out of the deposit at your checkout. I asked for it a couple of days before, and the landlord told me he could only tell me at the checkout.
When you ask for information after they transfer the safe deposit they are really rude and say that they don't have to justify because you are not their client anymore. When I asked for more information about why they took so much of my safe deposit he was really rude and when I gave up trying and told them that I would never recommend their services he said "in this case it is a pleasure for us not receive a guest like you ! have a good day".

Biagio! You said that I lost the keys, actually I didn't lose the key. Wu di this person sublet this house to me before,she lost the keys! You should find her,not me! My deposit is 400 euro. And I remember when July 2017, you once said that if you need to use the air conditioning you need to pay an extra 100 euros a month, this price is ridiculous, I have moved 7 times in Milan and your company is the worst! Many foreign students have said that your service is really bad! You should reflect on your company instead of finding fault with me!ok?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I definitely do not recommend the company, they are taking advantage of students and foreigners who cannot easily report them once moved out. The apartments are not as on the photos, everything is broken there. Then, it takes them from months to never to repair it. Our toilet had been broken before I arrived and was not repaired during my 3 months stay. Our sink which had been leaking from what I heard for several months, was repaired the last week of my stay. Then I was accused of a wrong usage of the sink and clogging it even though the repairman clearly stated to us that the leak was due to a not-functional dishwasher which was next to it (also never working during my stay).
The cleaning of the room advertised at the beginning also does not mean any cleaning at all (only changing the bed sheets). There was dust, spider webs with dead spiders and hair from the previous tenant everywhere when I arrived.
Honestly, for a temporary living some of this can be overlooked (if you don’t mind that literally everything is broken, including the chairs, windows, …) and that is what I naively did at the beginning. However, my experience is that they charged me in my deposit money for stuff that had been broken before I arrived. Apparently, sleeping on a bed is not its purpose as I broke the bed this way according to them. And in the end, they even sent me less money than what they had said they would. The only reply to my email asking for explanation was that they will not communicate with me unless I hire a lawyer. And then they stopped responding all together.
It is an unethical company who will scam you for your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am extremely happy with my stay from Waysitalia! They respond quickly to questions and try to fix if something breaks in the house or isn't working as soon as possible! The accommodation looked just like the pictures, just some furniture was moved in the room.

Its a relatively good platform for short term students housing with a vast choice of apartments in the city of Milan.
The individual time and attention given to waysitalia residents could be improved, but overall above average experience. 4 out of 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is located in historical building in Navigli which was a very good and interesting experience of the place. House is located close to busy area of Navigli but the noises and sounds never reach the place.
Generally my stay here was good!
Waysitalia staff responded quickly and it was easy to communicate. All the procedures were explained well and in case if help was needed, it was given.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to Italy when I was 16 for a summer course and my first housing was with Waysitalia, with them I got nothing to worry about, and I knew if I had any difficulty or doubt they could help me out. They are trustworthy and you won't have problems with the agency as long as you keep your word for what you signed for in the contract with them. A year after I came to Milan again, to begin my undergraduate studies at NABA. I stayed in the same apartment for my three years of University. It was a comfortable and dynamic place since I got to meet people from other parts of the world as my flatmates/ roomies and neighbors. Also thanks to the location I was able to get my first job and connections for the professional world. The apartment was close to my University and it has a great location and a reasonable price with AC and nice space in the kitchen and common space to have a nice culture exchange between flatmates and also movie nights. I am still with Waysitalia after almost 4 years of my stay in Milan, which I guess is enough to give you an idea of my experience with them.
