Ben tenuta, perfettamente funzionante e caratterizzata da un coreografico effetto di acque scroscianti, merita una visita. Il sistema delle chiuse di Milano è uno degli aspetti più caratteristici di Milano, che vide anche Leonardo da Vinci impegnato nel suo studio. La Conchetta è la prima e la più piccola delle quattordici conche che s’incontrano lungo il Naviglio. Worth a boat trip to see the famous Conchetta lock. In de buurt zijn ook leuke barretjes en het is een fijn wandelgebied. Graffiti on one side, but the other sides are very beautiful. I would really stop by here. Il canale principale consente alle imbarcazioni di risalire o di discendere il dislivello d'acqua grazie a un sistema di paratoie, le quali permettono alla vasca di svuotarsi o riempirsi, mentre il canale secondario, chiamato "scaricatore di soccorso", fornisce la portata minima al Naviglio Pavese quando la Conchetta è chiusa per le operazioni di risalita e discesa delle barche.
