I have just visited the permanent exposition (which is free, you only need to get the tickets in the entrace). The museum has 3 other expositions but you cannot have a ticket to see them all as a bundle, it is mandatory to buy 3 separate tickets, each one priced around 10€. So, the museum it's too expensive and the permanenet exposition is too small and not much interesting material on the rooms. I wouldn't recommed a visit, just go if you are really interested in a specific exposition (see which ones are available in their website).

It just so happened that there was an exhibition of Roy Lichtenstein when we were in town. He is mostly famous for his pop art, but Lichtenstein even made sculptures, cubic prints, 3D-materials and textiles. It was very enjoyable since the exhibition was only attended by not more than 20 people while we were there. We had plenty of time to see each piece without being disturbed by a huge crowd. It's well worth a visit and the entrance to the exhibitions, both permanent and temporary, was really gorgeous designed.

More than for kids, it's a place for grown up kids. All memories of our childhood explained in details. Nice 1 hour tour. ??

This place have 2 different concepts, one is for exhibition you should pay and it’s changing for some periods, another one is general museum about African war for FREE EVERY DAY. The exhibition line was too long (Sunday) for some reasons and museums no need to wait. The museum was interesting but nothing to expect more. Entrance interior design is very nice, there is a shop and bistro in the entrance, bathrooms are clean. It’s little far away from old town for what it is.

I often return to Mudec because of their interesting temporary exhibitions: Disney, Chagall, Mondrian, LaChapelle - all of them absolutely worth seeing. The only minus is that the tickets are a bit expensive and that's why I'm giving 4 stars. The permament exhibition, however, is free of charge, so if you don't want to spend money I reccomend visiting at least that one!

I have visited the Disney exhibition in this museum. It was nice but overcrowded after the lunch. The building is very modern, the shops upstairs and, especially, downstairs has some interesting things. For very requested exhibitions you can book your entry also online adding 2 euro, but the places are limited.

This was a wonderful museum to visit - not to mention great Instagram shots of the main stairwell up to the exhibits - but also one that is well-curated and unpretentious. We visited the Mondrian exhibit and the permanent collection which was very well curated considering it is largely about European colonialism. I think this is one of the most thoughtful ways to present on colonialism throughout the world while bearing in mind the trauma, impact, and way forward to a better and more inclusive society. Well done!!!
