S	Sylvie Guillemain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons dormi 4 nuits en août, 2 couples et 2 jeunes Nous pensions louer 1 appartement mais c 'était 2 l'un à côté de l'autre (pas possible de manger ensemble ni de fermer la porte extérieure du pallier, on ferme chaque appartement) Parking en face appartement à 25 euros par jour. Positif : propre, bien équipé, salle de bain neuve, lumineux, a 1/2h à pied du duomo, au pied train tram métro, dans quartier navigli donc parfait pour dîner car animation , choix multiples , et plein de petits commerces, petits déjeuner offerts (1 café et 1 viennoisserie dans un bar mais attention pas avant 9h30 donc compliqué quand vous voulez visiter :(nous n y sommes allés donc qu une fois) Négatif : bruyant , car face gare et tram qui passe sous la fenêtre, au dessus petits commerces, clim défectueuse, Andrea est réactif aux messages mais nous a beaucoup stresse car il a fait annuler la resa booking la veille pour être payé en liquide , vous récupérez les clés dans une pizzeria et il téléphone pour que nous soyons accueilli, Bref séjour en demi teinte car le rapport qualité prix est tout de même élevé We stayed for 4 nights in August, 2 couples and 2 young people We were thinking of renting 1 apartment but it was 2 next to each other (not possible to eat together or to close the exterior door to the landing, we close each apartment) Parking in front of the apartment at 25 euros per day. Positive: clean, well equipped, new bathroom, bright, 1 / 2h walk from the duomo, at the foot of the metro tram train, in the navigli district so perfect for dining because of the entertainment, multiple choices, and lots of small shops, breakfasts offered (1 coffee and 1 pastry in a bar but be careful not before 9:30 am so complicated when you want to visit: (we went there only once) Negative: noisy, because opposite the station and tram which passes under the window, above small shops, defective air conditioning, Andrea is reactive to messages but we were very stressed because he had the resa booking canceled the day before to be paid in cash, you pick up the keys in a pizzeria and he calls us so that we are welcomed, Short stay in half tone because the value for money is still high

Nous y sommes restés pendant deux nuits et nous avons été surclassés gratuitement dans un logement de plus grand confort quand le propriétaire a appris qu'il s'agissait de notre voyage de noces. L'accueil par le chauffeur (40 euros la navette depuis l'aéroport) était parfait, ainsi que la bouteille de vin en guise d'accueil et les adresses conseillées par le propriétaire. Le tram conduit à la place principale de Milan en 15 minutes environ et le quartier des Navigli est vraiment au top pour passer la soirée. Bref, que du bonheur ! We loved our stay in the apartment! We stayed there for two nights and got a free upgrade to more comfortable accommodation when the owner learned it was our honeymoon. The welcome by the driver (40 euros the shuttle from the airport) was perfect, as well as the bottle of wine as a welcome and the addresses recommended by the owner. The tram takes you to Milan's main square in around 15 minutes and the Navigli district is a great place to spend the evening. In short, what happiness!

Lots of restaurants with great food in the neighbourhood. Apartment also very clean and tidy. Really recommend for those who plan to visit Milan ?

Also, the apartments are located in Navigli - a very picturesque neighborhood in Milan reminding of Venice with its canals and coming with many nice Italian restaurants. For breakfast you can choose of different cafés offering the typical and delicious brioche and coffee. When we needed to cancel our first plan to travel to Milan in October 2020 due to covid travel restrictions, the owner was very understanding and offered us a voucher to stay at Milano Apartments at any other date without additional cost - we think, this is very unusual and we highly appreciate the generosity of Milano Apartments! We will come back for sure :)
