★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero cliente da anni mi ha sempre servito una signora gentile simpatica ma soprattutto preparata , dandomi sempre i prodotti giusti , poi da un anno o più circa è apparso un individuo dalla forma gnomica indisponente e sembra quasi che gli dai fastidio ad andare a comprare li , ( forse no si è accorto che esiste il brico man ) sono andato ad acquistare un prodotto specifico per il teak ( non c’era La signora) mi ha dato un impregnante che per fortuna ho provato solo in una parte piccola , mi ha rovinato il pezzo fatto e per fortuna non ho fatto tutto perché non fidandomi di lui ho voluto provare (meno male ) !! Sono tornato e c’era la signora che ha cercato di scusarlo lui faceva finta di non sentire le mie lamentele questo IGNORANTE NANOALTO PIENO DI SE UN INCAPACE TOTALE , ho rischiato di rovinare un pavimento da 1200 euro al mq . Non andrò mai più ad acquistare nulla in questo negozio !!!

I went back and there was the lady who tried to excuse him, he pretended not to hear my complaints this IGNORANT NANOALTO FULL OF IF A TOTAL INCAPABLE, I risked ruining a 1200 euro per square meter floor. I will never go to buy anything in this shop again !!!

Entro nel punto vendita, non vi erano altri clienti, chiedo, e mi viene indicato un tavolo con sopra una decina di campionari... Dopodiché continuano allegramente a parlare fra di loro, erano 3 o quattro addetti, e dei fatto loro Questo è quanto!
