g	gaia ziveri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tralasciando che il piu delle volte i prodotti segnalati in promozione sul volantino non ci sono e non arrivano in negozio..volevo segnalare una cosa spiacevole : molto spesso succede che quando arrivo alla cassa mi fanno pagare di piu del prezzo articoli segnalato, controllate sempre lo scontrino! A me sarà capitato 7 volte su 10...stamattina mi sono proprio stufata, la differenza era di un euro ( non divento povera) e quando ho detto alla cassiera che il prezzo sul cartellino non era quello, lei scocciata mi ha risposto che dovevo dirglielo prima che battesse lo scontrino? (cioè è il cliente che deve controllare i prezzi sul monitor della cassa???? )poi la sua collega è andata a controllare il prezzo,mi ha dato ragione ma mi dice che l'unica cosa che possono farmi è un buono..gli ho risposto no che volevo i miei euro indietro e che non essendo la prima volta che succede non torno piu! Un peccato perché cmq è un negozio fornitissimo per i bimbi piu piccoli, ma cmq ce ne sono altri in giro arrivederci. Oggi, casse bloccate pagamento solo con carta di credito o bancomat! Non proponibile! Personale molto scadente, troppo giovane e impreparato a quelle che possono essere le dinamiche inaspettate di un negozio commerciale! Dovrebbe essere sempre presente, almeno un responsabile! Poco evoluto, se ti dimentichi la tessera come può succedere, paghi i prodotti a prezzo pieno! Giusto, se non c'è l'hai, ma se la possiedi dovrebbero essere in grado di trovarla con il cognome o numero di telefono, come ormai tutte le attività commerciali fanno!!! Peccato per il personale , estremamente maleducato e assolutamente non in grado di aiutare e guidare il cliente negli acquisti. ? A	Antonella Bussolati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anche io confermo: negozio fornito ma personale pessima educazione, se poi passiamo dalla cassa e quindi cassiera, controllate i prezzi perché 9 volte su 10 c’è differenza (chiaramente a loro vantaggio!!!) tra il prezzo esposto e quello battuto in cassa! La tecnica del buono/rimborso ormai ha stufato!!!? Era rimasto solo quello esposto, per noi andava bene anche perché avevamo bisogno urgentemente, ce lo siamo fatti "preparare" e portare in cassa. Quando siamo andati a ritirarlo la scatola non c'era e nemmeno un sacchetto per coprirlo. In più, visto che era esposto, ci saremmo aspettati uno sconto, invece nulla, prezzo pieno. Arrivati a casa ci siamo accorti che mancavano anche gli adattatori per l'isofix... Totalmente deluso. My partner and I bought a car seat, chose a model and asked the assistant. Only the one on display was left, it was fine for us also because we needed it urgently, we had it "prepared" and brought to the cashier.
