Il proprietario è stato non solo molto gentile e disponibile nel restituire i soldi, ma anche rapido ed efficiente. In futuro saprò sicuramente a chi rivolgermi dopo questa dimostrazione di grande professionalità. After buying tools, I had to ask for a refund (due to the ongoing pandemic). Il sito dice "merce disponibile" così ordiniamo, io e la mia collega, 2 kettlebell e un set bilanciere pump con 6 dischi tra 1,25 kg e 5 kg. Viene prelevato l'importo dalla carta di credito immediatamente ma nessuna notizia della spedizione. Scrivo per sapere perché non è stato spedito e mi rispondono che la merce non c'è e che arriverà... Dopo avermi detto che sarebbe arrivata i primi di giugno e dopo rinvii da un giorno all'altro finalmente spediscono. Dell'ordine mi arriva una sola kettlebell anziché due e un bilanciere con pesi assurdi mai ordinato e per me inutilizzabile. In modo maleducato mi rispondono che "va beh la kettlebell è stato un errore e il bilanciere? Di che ti lamenti? Te ne ho mandato uno superiore a quello ordinato!" Peccato che io sia una ragazza e non una culturista dato i kg dei dischi. 4 dischi da 5 kg l'uno. Alla fine ho dovuto minacciare, ho rispedito tutto indietro e ho pure dovuto aspettare che verificassero la merce per avere il mio rimborso. Mai più. Faccio acquisti online continuamente e non ho mai avuto così tanti problemi. Sentirmi poi rispondere che hanno troppo lavoro, che non lavorano quanto me (ma che ne sanno???), che lavorano 18 ore al giorno è stato il top! Maleducazione, presunzione, arroganza e incapacità commerciali. Uno "scusami" sarebbe stato sufficiente, non c'è stato nemmeno quello. Ho acquistato il bilanciere su un altro sito che già conoscevo. Il giorno dopo era arrivato. Imparate a lavorare. Bad experience to say the least. In the end I had to threaten, I sent everything back and I also had to wait for the goods to be checked for my refund. Never again. I shop online continuously and have never had so many problems. Then I was told that they have too much work, that they don't work as much as I do (but what do they know ???), that they work 18 hours a day was the top! Commercial rudeness, presumption, arrogance and inability. An "excuse me" would have been enough, there was not even that. I purchased the barbell on another site that I already knew. The next day he had arrived. Learn to work.
