Sono stata servita e soprattutto consigliata da un ragazzo. Non ho chiesto il nome purtroppo altrimenti lo avrei segnalato. È veramente gentile e professionale. Grazie mille!!!!
I'm not from Parma but as soon as I want a pair of New Balance I come here. As always, in addition to the undisputed quality of the brand, I find the courtesy and competence of the staff. I have been served and especially recommended by a boy. I did not ask the name unfortunately otherwise I would have reported it. It is really kind and professional. Thanks a lot!!!!

Volevo dare merito alla gentilezza dello staff e in particolar modo della ragazza Debora che ha mostrato verso il cliente una disponibilita' e professionalità che difficilmente ho riscontrato in altri negozi della citta'. This morning (Sunday 8 October) I went to your store to buy a pair of shoes. I wanted to give credit to the kindness of the staff and especially the girl Debora who showed the customer an availability and professionalism that I have hardly found in other shops in the city. Wore shoes for merly five minutes and realized they‘re too small and hurt.
Staff started a huge argument with me in full store and was not at all helpful. From a flagship store like this I would have expected at least some respect for the client. Really disappointing experience. Respectless staff, not reflecting the brand promise.
