Non solo non si erano neanche degnati di pulirlo dai segni della saldatura, non solo al tentare di metterlo ed essendo troppo stretto nell'anulare la signora mi ha detto di cambiare dito(?????), ma hanno preteso che pagassi(ben 20 euro) per saldare delle maglie che l'altro signore all'interno evidentemente non era stato capace di stringere la volta precedente. La signora mi ha ulteriormente deriso chiedendomi che cosa pretendevo, visto che mia moglie aveva acquistato l'anello con uno sconto. Se questo è il vostro modo di lavorare complimenti e a mai più.

So today I went to pick up a ring that had led to my wife being fixed.
Not only had they not even bothered to clean it from the signs of welding, not only trying to put it and being too tight in the ring finger, the lady told me to change finger (?????), but they demanded that I pay (well 20 euros) to weld knits that the other gentleman inside obviously hadn't been able to tighten the previous time. The lady further mocked me asking me what I wanted, since my wife had bought the ring at a discount. If this is your way of working compliments and never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta a loro per delle fedi in argento su cui volevo un' incisione esterna e dopo avermi assicurato che "assolutamente" si poteva fare, addirittura anche piccole incisioni con il laser , scelti gli anelli e lasciata la caparra, dopo 10 gg mi dicono che non è fattibile e non mi restituiscono neanche la caparra costringendomi quindi a comprare altro. Mi sono rivolta ad un altro orefice e spero di fare in tempo per l'anniversario. Non penso che mi rivolgerò ancora a loro in futuro .
