Bravissimo il Sig Facchin esaustivo nelle spiegazioni in negozio al primo incontro e precisissimo nel sopralluogo prodigo di soluzioni e suggerimenti che sono stati determinanti. Disponibilità notevole anche da parte della sezione amministrativa; paziente puntuale e precisa nelle comunicazioni la Signora Mariarosa. Montatori molto attenti nello scarico del materiale e nel montaggio, a regola d’arte, degli infissi: malgrado abbiano smontato e rimontato 13 infissi, il parquet della mia abitazione non ha subito un graffio. Internorm, infine, mi ha fornito un prodotto di altissima qualità. Credo che non dovrò mai valutare il servizio post- vendita ma sono sicuro che sarà della stessa elevata qualità: incredibile a dirsi ma rispondono sempre al telefono e alle mail in tempo reale!!!
