Ho individuato un autovettura sul sito e per telefono è stato cordiale e mi ha spiegato perfettamente il prezzo della macchina e come potevo pagarla.
Persona competente una volta arrivato sul posto nonostante ho fatto 70 Km per arrivare nella concessionaria mi ha messo subito a disposizione l'autovettura,e ha rispecchiato come era descritta sul sito.
Abbiamo contrattato una permuta e, a contratto già stipulato mi ha dato la possibilità di ripensarci senza nessun problema ho tenuta la permuta e ho saldato la differenza.
Consiglio la concessionaria a tutti perché se il buon giorno si vede dal mattino.......

Mi è stato mandato un video del tagliando dell'auto prima della consegna e inoltre mi e stata aggiunta una garanzia completa senza costi aggiuntivi. Sicuramente ci tornerò!!
I bought my new Fiat Tipo from W12 Automotive and I was very satisfied with the amount of attention that Daniele, Alessio and Manuel gave me during the purchase and preparation of the car. I was sent a video of the car service before delivery and a full warranty was added at no extra cost. I will definitely be back !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L’autovettura acquistata corrispondeva perfettamente all’annuncio. Nessuna sorpresa, né in termini di costi né, tantomeno, sotto il profilo delle caratteristiche tecniche del veicolo che, sebbene usato, è paragonabile in toto ad una macchina nuova (carrozzeria e interni in perfetto stato).
Rapidissima la consegna del mezzo e la gestione delle ulteriori pratiche burocratiche.
Una menzione particolare al servizio post vendita, sempre puntuale ed efficace.
Infatti, sia Daniele che Manuel si sono dimostrati sempre efficienti ed accorti (sebbene l’acquisto si sia concretizzato nel mese di agosto), rendendosi costantemente disponibili.
Ottimo anche il servizio post-vendita che, a seguito di un piccolo disguido, ho potuto verificare personalmente. Anche in tale circostanza, il problema è stato brillantemente e celermente risolto.
In sintesi, W12 è stata una eccellente esperienza e la ritengo un sinonimo di “garanzia”.

A special mention to the after-sales service, always punctual and effective.
In fact, both Daniele and Manuel have always proved to be efficient and shrewd (although the purchase took place in August), making themselves constantly available.
The after-sales service is also excellent, which I was able to verify personally following a small misunderstanding. Even in this circumstance, the problem was brilliantly and quickly resolved.
In summary, W12 has been an excellent experience and I consider it a synonym for “guarantee”.
