Assistenza pazzesca sia nel pre acquisto che nel post acquisto (di solito i venditori-intermediari prendono i soldi e poi ti arrangi)... veramente ultrasoddisfatto ed ha gestito in modo serio tutta la trafila nonostante abitassi a 230km da Grosseto (compreso scarrozzamenti vari per venirmi a prendere alla Stazione, passaggio di proprietà ed altro. Poi ho preso una utilitaria per mia moglie, abbiamo trovato un ottimo oggettino, speso bene anche qui, va bene zero problemi. Molto professionale, e anche garbato e simpatico. A parte la recensione positiva all'azienda Vroom che ha una buona politica, la recensione che ci tengo a fare è verso Nicola, già dalla prima chiamata che gli ho fatto ha dimostrato la sua trasparenza e disponibilità, mi ha aiutato a chiarire dei dubbi, ed ha risposto a tutte le mie domande, guidandomi verso la mia scelta finale. Mi trovo a 400 km da questo centro Vroom, Nicola si è subito reso disponibile per venirmi incontro, ed infatti dopo che sono salito la prima volta per vedere l'auto, quando sono risalito per ritirarla, lui gentilissimo mi ha recuperato in stazione. Il mio consiglio, se trovato l'auto che vi interessa ed è in mano a Nicola (Vroom Grosseto), fiondatevi... Grazie ancora Nicola!!! I am doing this review one month after the purchase of a Golf 7 GTI. Nonostante l’imminente lock down (ho comprato l’auto nella seconda settimana di novembre) sia la trattativa che la procedura sono state molto semplici e trasparenti. Nicola è stato molto gentile e professionale. Ho potuto ritirare l’auto, vendere la mia usata e fare tutti i relativi documenti in un solo giorno. Ottimo servizio. Lo raccomanderei sicuramente! I contacted Nicola to buy a 2019 twingo. Despite the imminent lock down (I bought the car in the second week of November) both the negotiation and the procedure were very simple and transparent. Nicola was very kind and professional. I was able to collect the car, sell my used car and complete all the related documents in a single day. Excellent service. I would definitely recommend it!
