★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel 2018 ho acquistato un Duster Prestige Diesel, quest'anno ho ridato indietro lo stesso per acquistare un Captur II E-Tech Full Hybrid.
In entrambi gli acquisti sono stato seguito da Leonardo Soldano, gentilissimo, competente e se non fosse stato per lui, che mi ha fatto provare la nuova Captur in urbano ed extraurbano, non avrei probabilmente fatto il salto all'ibrido. Ho sempre sostenuto che il cambio manuale non può essere sostituito dall'automatico... Mai dire mai nella vita!
Una volta al volante ne ho comprese le potenzialità e la praticità.
Rientrati dal giro è stata ordinata subito!
Anche il momento della consegna e la spiegazione delle funzionalità è stata eccellente!
Con il Duster, nei tre anni precedenti ho potuto testare anche l'officina e l'assistenza. Anche qua sempre disponibili ed efficienti.
Durante l'ultimo tagliando ho guidato l'auto sostitutiva, una ZOE. Prenotata tramite App, semplicissima da usare.
Alla fine sono rientrato, ho rifotografato lo stato dell'auto, messa la keyless nel porta oggetti, e chiuso l'auto dall'App. Servizio fantastico!
Tornando al Captur E-Tech Full Hybrid complimenti a Renault. Macchina stupenda esteticamente interno/esterno. Motori e gestione elettrico-termico da APPLAUSO.
In città sto praticamente girando in elettrico. Il motore termico subentra da generatore di corrente alla bisogna.
Se dovete comprare un auto vi consiglio di fare un pensiero a questa tipologia di motore e all'elettrico. Fatevi seguire da Leonardo, saprà indirizzarvi alla macchina che fa per voi.
In 2018 I bought a Duster Prestige Diesel, this year I gave back the same to buy a Captur II E-Tech Full Hybrid.
In both purchases I was followed by Leonardo Soldano, very kind, competent and if it hadn't been for him, who let me try the new Captur in urban and suburban areas, I probably wouldn't have made the leap to hybrid. I have always maintained that the manual gearbox cannot be replaced by the automatic ... Never say never in life!
Once behind the wheel I understood its potential and practicality.
Back from the tour it was ordered immediately!
The time of delivery and the explanation of the features was also excellent!
With the Duster, I was also able to test the workshop and service in the previous three years. Also here always available and efficient.
During the last service I drove the replacement car, a ZOE. Booked through the App, very easy to use.
Eventually I came back, re-photographed the state of the car, put the keyless in the glovebox, and locked the car from the App. Fantastic service!
Returning to the Captur E-Tech Full Hybrid, congratulations to Renault. Aesthetically beautiful car inside / outside. Motors and electric-thermal management from APPLAUSO.
In the city, I'm practically going electric. The heat engine takes over as a current generator when needed.
If you have to buy a car I recommend that you think about this type of engine and the electric one. Let Leonardo follow you, he will be able to direct you to the machine that's right for you.

Consiglio a chiunque come me ami la RENAULT, per averne avute diverse , e a chi voglia provare una nuova esperienza di sicuro successo.
Excellent experience both for the car purchased (Capture Hybrid Plug in) and for the relations with the commercial (Soldano Leonardo) and the staff of the two branches in Grosseto and Follonica. Il giorno dopo quando sono tornata a prendere la mia auto, l'addetto mi ha subito accolto e consegnato la macchina con molta cortesia. Esperienza molto positiva, sono davvero bravi!
I brought my Captur for a problem with the airbag sensor, was immediately greeted and given a replacement car. The next day when I returned to take my car, the attendant immediately welcomed me and handed the car with great courtesy. Very positive experience, they are really good!

58,56 €/h mi sembra un po' esagerato... Poi se considero che per portare a casa quella cifra, io devo lavorare quasi 6 ore, la cosa mi fa rosicare parecchio.
Al di là di questo, i meccanici sono stati rapidi e cortesi.

58.56 € / h seems a bit exaggerated ... Then if I consider that to bring that amount home, I have to work almost 6 hours, it makes me gnaw a lot.
Beyond that, the mechanics were quick and courteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima esperienza , ho acquistato una Renault Zoe con transazione completamente on line (senza alcuna prova ne' visone dell auto di persona trovandomi a oltre 600km dalla concessionaria ) la trattativa si è svolta molto professionale e senza intoppi. Ringrazio Sig. Leonardo per la disponibilità e la serietà dimostrata , al momento del ritiro l auto rispecchiava perfettamente le condizioni descritte. Grazie molto soddisfatto.
