★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono stato due volte nel negozio la prima per curiosare prezzi/materiali/ecc ma dopo una mezz’ora senza essere considerato sono andato via ero anche senza appuntamento e ci sta...la seconda volta ho chiamato per avere appuntamento mi hanno fatto aspettare 20 minuti al telefono per sentirmi dire ora la responsabile è occupata cmq può venire anche senza appuntamento e io ingenuo sono andato di nuovo...interessante vedere come i clienti hanno un tempo di attesa di 30 min circa con 4 dipendenti dentro che probabilmente lavoravano anche al computer ma con 2 persone nel locale volete almeno dirgli buongiorno???...alla fine neanche il preventivo sono riusciti a farci sto ancora aspettando la mail dal 5 dicembre...così sono andato da un’altra parte e mi sono trovato benissimo quindi alla fine grazie mille metal maremma!!!
I was in the shop twice the first time to browse prices / materials / etc but after half an hour without being considered I went away I was also without an appointment and there is ... the second time I called to have an appointment they made me wait 20 minutes on the phone to hear me say now the manager is busy cmq she can also come without an appointment and naive I went again ... interesting to see how customers have a waiting time of about 30 min with 4 employees inside who probably also worked at the computer but with 2 people in the room you want to say hello to him at least ?? so in the end thanks a lot metal maremma !!!
