Ci siamo recati in concessionaria per visionare e provare la macchina in questione che si è rivelata esattamente come da descrizione, abbiamo perfezionato l'acquisto con la permuta del nostro usato che comunque ci era già stato valutato inviando foto e dati. Tempo qualche giorno abbiamo ritirato l'auto. Il passaggio di proprietà ci è arrivato in tempi brevi, molto in anticipo rispetto ai trenta giorni di validità del permesso provvisorio di circolazione rilasciatoci dall'agenzia di pratiche auto (gentilissimi ed efficienti anche loro). Esprimendo la nostra soddisfazione cogliamo l'occasione per ringraziare Marco Panatteri che si è rivelato persona cortese, disponibile e molto attenta alla soddisfazione del cliente ma anche la signora con la quale abbiamo avuto il primo contatto telefonico che poi abbiamo saputo essere l'amministratrice della società proprietaria dell'azienda. Pessimo il venditore della filiale di Grosseto ROSSI M. con lui ho contrattato e acquistato una Audi A3 Sportback usata con pochissimi Km, deluso in quanto è stato poco chiaro sul passaggio di proprietà e la consegna dell'auto è avvenuta priva di tappetini posteriori e mancanti nr. 3 tappi copri bullone delle ruote. I tappetini sono stati forniti ma i tappi a distanza di quasi due mesi e diverse telefonate al Sig. ROSSi M. non sono ancora arrivati. Pertanto consiglio la concessionaria ma attenti al venditore. Excellent multi-brand dealership, assortment and excellent value for money. Bad seller of Grosseto branch ROSSI M.
