Il venditore Carlo è stato perfetto, disponibile e molto professionale, ma non ho ricevuto alcun riguardo né di tipo economico, né incentivante.... sono venuto a prendere l'auto da Firenze, in realtà mi aspettavo un piccolo sforzo anche dal concessionario. È vero che prendendo una jeep km 0 si è già al limite della trattativa, lo capisco, ma è nell'ordine delle cose soddisfare il cliente (non troppo esigente) che viene da lontano e che tra l'altro è anche figlio di dipendente Fiat. Nessun problema, la macchina è perfetta e Carlo precisissimo, ma la prossima auto non la prenderò più lì, né tanto meno ci farò i tagliandi. Sono un po' deluso, ripeto, non della macchina, ma dalle mancate attenzioni. I was expecting better treatment in handling my purchase.
